Pros: Everything is good, clean. Very clear instructions to get in. If you will stay more that 1day, keep in mind they do cleaning everyday, so you will get full refill of shower products, clean towels if needed! 🤗

A comfortable room in a great location.

Pros: Great location - right near the train station. The accomodation had all the essentials and was clean. Room service came each day to tidy the space. Giorgio had a very smooth check in and out process.

Pros: Great location. Close to railway and buses. Plenty of cafe and restaurants nearby at reasonable prices.

Cons: Could do with a couple of extra pillows.

Excellent location

Pros: The first thing I have to say is the absolutely excellent location - except for the Vatican, you don't even need public transport for all the other important sights, you can walk to everything. So if that is most important to you, you will not go wrong with this accommodation. Check in and check out were independent and very simple, and the staff was friendly. In any case, we are satisfied and would come back again, if the hygienic conditions improve a little.

Cons: As I already mentioned, the accommodation should be cleaner - the first thing I saw was a sink full of hair from previous guests. Also, there is mold from moisture on the wall of the bathroom, which bothered me a lot, especially since I am traveling with a child who is chronically allergic. If it wasn't for that, the accommodation would be excellent.

Pros: Very central location and a good size room for a family of four. Giorgio was very helpful and professional in all communications, including the organisation of airport transfers.

Nice hotel for 2 nights in Rome

Pros: Great location, nice airy room, clean space, nice building on quite street and seemed very secure, tea making facilities available. Cleaner was there every day with fresh towels. The hotel is located in a nice area with some lovely restaurant nearby and within 8min walk to the train station. Perfect location for us. 15min walk to the historic centre. Responsive and nice host. Would definitely recommend.

Cons: Only negative - very hard bed, unless you like to sleep on a super hard bed, it's okay... but not for me. Struggled with back pain from it. And 1 pillow each only. Everything else was good.
