Excellent location. Spacious comfortable room. Practical designed bathroom. Very friendly owner but limited English

Pros: Location was incredible. Room was spacious. Bathroom v practical. Has everything you need.

Cons: Not loads of natural light. Small window.

Pros: Location, excepcional, very close of many attractions , we could visit on foot the Colloseum, Fontana de Trevi, Pantheon and so on...

Cons: The owner does not speak English, there was some difficulties to communicate, even to enter in the premises is a little bit difficulty at first time. We needed to call him by phone to enter and check in.

Great place to stay close to sites

Pros: loved the location and great room. Clean. Good shower. Lovely to have a little fridge and TV.

Small but perfectly comfortable and central location

Pros: Brilliant location (you can see the Colosseum at the end of the main road a minute from the room's front door), three choices of cafe for breakfast (included in the stay), very clean and Massimo was lovely and gave us lots of information on the local area.

Cons: Finding the front door wasn't easy - there's nothing on the outside of the building to indicate you're in the right place. Only having one plug was also a challenge - perhaps bring a multi adapter with you so you can charge more than one device at once

Good stay

Pros: Nice host Comfortable bed Breakfast at antico forno was amazing. Perfect location close to the colosseum and other bars and rest.

Cons: The coupons for breakfast were just 5e per person per day. I believe that it could have been at least 10e per person as you always need to add more money to the coupons.

Pros: Perfect location, very nice host, cleaning every day, safe neighborhood and very clever solution with vouchers for breakfast!

Cons: The only downside were towels, I felt like they were constantly moist and left fibers everywhere.

Pros: Very nice and comfortable apartment located within walking distance from Colloseum. Smart solution with breakfast in the nearby cafe. Massimo is a great and welcoming host. Definitely worth recommending.

Beautiful place, clean and cozy with pretty much everything you would need for a short stay.

Pros: Absolutely everything. Massimo accommodated all our needs, even when we arrived at the destination well after originally intended. He was very helpful and although there was a language gap, that didn't stop us from properly communicating.
