Comfortable, smart choice for a short stay

Pros: Nice, quiet, comfortable room in close proximity to the tube station and the old town. Host was kind and attentive with any requests.

Cons: For us it wasn’t an issue really, but just be aware there is no lift, the property is located on the second floor and the access is only via stairs. Also no TV in the room nor reception area.

Really beautiful accomodation in the heart if Rome!

Pros: Everything wad amazing during our stay here. We enjoyed our conversations with the host, Annamaria, and we look forward to stay here again when we'll travel to Rome in the future. From the moment we checked in, Annamaria made us feel welcome, was very helpful indicating us how to move around Rome, helping us finding restaurants where to eat, and helping us with our luggage after checking out. The room was comfortable and Annamaria was very kind ensuring that we didn't suffer from the cold; breakfasts were enjoyable and with a great variety of food (savoury and sweet). Moving around in Rome was very easy both when we walked from our place to the Colosseo and when we ventured to the Vatican. A really great stay and we're look forward to be here again when we'll travel to Rome again!

Exceeded Expectations, Lovely Place & Host.

Pros: Great Location. The establishment is lovely and has real character. The bedroom is very nice and more than adequate in size. The beds are comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The host is lovely and incredibly helpful. Check in and check out was easy. Breakfast included (Coffee, Juices, Toast, fruit, Yoghurt, cereal, selection of meats and cheeses) was good. Really Enjoyed our stay, couldn't recommend enough.

Pros: Location was ideal, Diega the dog was lovely, staying in an authentic Roman apartment was charming, the room was a very good size

Pros: Both the owner and the staff were very hospitable and eager to help. Breakfast was rich and both coffee and tea were served in individual pots on each table. The room was very spacious and so was the bathroom. Double glass windows prevented any noise pollution from the street bellow. The little dog was very cute and friendly. Thank you for the hospitality!

Pros: The room was very spacious, the bathroom clean. The host was very nice and helpful. The location was close to everything which was nice. Breakfast was filling and the overall vibe of the place was nice. No AC but we survived with the floor fan.
