Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. They let us leave our bags so we could go out on our last day. The location is superb, very close to everything you need. There's a grocery store just outside the property which was handy. The size of the room was bigger than expected. Lots of storage space. Comfortable beds. A good air conditioner as well which is important for September.
Cons: The room was not very sound proof, we could hear when the room next to us was using the tap and showering.

Cons: Noise from other guests in the early hours wasn't good. Would have liked a kettle and glass in the room.

There were everything we needed
Pros: They are kind and helpful. They even gave us advice about pickpockets. There is a small shared breakfast room and gave us breads, cold bottled waters, tea and coffee for free and there are some cutleries, bottle openers, a toaster so on. The last day they stored our backpacks for free and it was really helpful aswell. Some people mentioned about small shower rooms but we didn't mind the size. There were everything we needed. We booked double room but the staff prepared a triple room for us since apparently it's quieter room.
Cons: Nothing. Just one advise for Japanese people as I'm Japanese, they might contact you through phone number especially whatsApp instead of booking. com or email and WhatsApp is not so common app in Japan. So if you don't have e-sim to call them and don't have WhatsApp, maybe it's better to explain that in the first. About my case, I accidentally wrote down my Japanese cell phone number when I booked and they tried to contact me through WhatsApp but it didn't work. It's my fault but just advise to install WhatsApp if you can. It's sometimes better way to contact anyway in some Europe. Eventually I can contact them through booking.com(and my partner's WhatsApp) and it didn't cause any problems.

Collosseum at the end of the street!
Pros: Loved the decor, a friendly host, communal breakfast area that had cold water, felt safe and secure, was clean and comfortable and the colosseum was at the end of the street!

Great location with comfy rooms and great staff
Pros: Great location right near the colosseum. Staff were so nice and welcoming, super helpful. Air conditioned quiet rooms and cold water available! Highly recommend. Only thing missing was some shampoo/conditioner but everything else was fantastic!
