Wonderful stay by the Colosseo!

Pros: Best location ever, right across from the Colosseo in a great area and close to the metro. Clean and comfortable, and host was easy to communicate with. We had an excellent stay!

Pros: Location. Right in front of the Colosseum and next to the metro station.

Cons: A little trouble opening the front door while typing the code to get the door open, but nothing serious.

Good option for a 2-3 night-stay at the heart of ancient Rome

Pros: Amazing location right in front of the Colosseum and the metro station. Simona was very helpful and accommodative

Cons: The room was looking indoors, so nearly no light and no air. The bathroom was quite small too.

We would definitely stay here again when in Rome… perfect location to everything with everything we needed for a comfort

Pros: We had the triple room. Location was amazing for getting to all the main sites and restaurants. It was so clean and comfortable. Simone was there if we needed. Just in the middle of 2 cafes and when you open the door to exit, the coliseum is right there- amazing view. If you want excellent photos of the coliseum- go around the corner to Giardino Oppio. Breakfast was at Oppio cafe, a cornetto and coffee which was fine for us. Monti district about a 10 min walk to some lovely trattorias for dinner. We visited the main sites super early - Trevi, Pantheon etc all about a 20 min walk. Couldn’t have wished for a better location. What a lucky find…Thank you Simone!!

Cons: If anything, and if we had to be picky, the shower was a bit small. But this did not deter us from loving the place, and certainly was not a deal breaker.

Generally good choice for a few nights in center of Rome. Breakfast could use some improvement.

Pros: Perfect locality - Colosseum, restaurants, public transport nearby. Self check-in/out (no waiting). Small room, but comfy. Air-cond OK, bathroom OK, cleaning every day.

Cons: Only minimal breakfast (croissant + cafe), no water, no juice, only sweet option. Window to the inner area with lots of noisy AC units. The manager first insisted on using WhatsApp for communication, be we finally managed without it.

Perfect location, plenty to see and do.

Pros: Location! Right opposite the Colosseum. Convenient for Metro. Quiet, despite being in busy area. Nice and clean.

Cons: Nothing. Everything was fine.

I would definitely come back again. Purely because of the location.

Pros: The location was just incredible. Right next to the Colosseum and many nice restaurants. We basically didn’t use the metro because all the sights were 20 minute walks away. The room was quite nice and you could watch Netflix and co on the tv. The AC was an absolute dream!

Cons: Unfortunately we did have a couple of cockroaches in the room. I have heard that that is a general problem in Rome at the moment. So keep your luggage closed at any time!

Great find, perfect for a short stay in Rome. We will definitely be back.

Pros: Amazing location. Property was simple but spotlessly clean with everything we could need for our 4 nights in Rome. Cleaned daily with a change of towels. Andrea was amazing, she made everything so easy, arranging our taxi to and from the airport and provided recommendations for restaurants. She is always available to help and quick to respond.

Cons: Nothing to dislike. Perfect for a short stay.
