Pros: We want to say all the thanks for the warm welcome we received while staying there. B&B is located in a perfect location. We managed to avoid public transport and walk the main attractions by foot. The owner even made sure to include gluten free options for breakfast. Thank you again! You are the best! Would stay there again on our next visit in Rome.

Cons: No complaints, really. Well ... maybe just that the pillows were too big for our taste. But that's just a small detail. We mostly wish we could a stay there for longer period of a time. All the best for the owner of the place!

A pure gem in Rome

Pros: The atmosphere is very welcoming and everything you need is at hand. The host is very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Excellent location (tip: much easier to go via Vittorio Emmanuel than Colosseo metro, it's a slightly longer walk but fewer stairs!). Staff were lovely, room was clean, spacious and pleasant. High quality coffee.

Cons: Breakfast was ok rather than great - toast, yoghurt, cheese, cereal, cured meats. That's a nitpick though (I'm fussy about food and it was fine).

Pros: In the heart of the historical Center, very friendly personnel and delicious breakfast

Pros: Great position next to a park and relatively closer to some major attractions. Nice comfortable room. Great courtyard to have breakfast or just chill out for a bit from sightseeing. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff.

The Best B&B. Location &Snacks &Comfy &great free water.

Pros: Location is perfect, no noise and 5mins walk from Colosseum. Easy access and check-in & check-out. Great staff. Comfortable bed and powerful AC deflected out from the bed so no flow to your face. Good shower and plenty of space however toilettries basic. Amazing breakfast, local fresh cheese, salami, tomatoes and bread and of course coffee & pastry. Have same Coffee maker DeLonghi MagnificaS at home so coffee is like at home. Plenty of snacks and drinks to grab & free. Water is free and not just any. The water dispenser is amazing. It makes cold sparkling water so good that I immediately ordered one device home from amazon. Kitchen in the common area is equipped with everything you need if you want to cook anything by yourself. The perfect B&B for couples or solos and the price is good too. There are many B&B’s in this price range but none of them beat this one.

Cons: Nothing much but toilettries (shower gel/shampoo) could be better.

Pros: Awesome! Great location (5 min walk to Colosseum but in an area without tourists) and super friendly hosts.
