Perfect location, stunning room, great location

Pros: The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the colosseum and roman forum, you have manzoni and colosseo metro stations within 5 to minutes walking distance also. The room was fantastic, roomy, comfortable, high ceilings and a view of the colosseum out the window, good sized bathroom also

Pros: The accommodation was fantastic. Clean, comfortable, quiet (our room did not face the street). There was shower gel, shampoo, soap and bottled water provided. We also had cleaning, if anything ran out they replaced it. We were able to book the accommodation early. On the day of departure we were able to leave our luggage in a locked place. I will book accommodation here again next time we go to Rome. Thank you for everything.

Pros: Everything was amazing. The location was perfect, the staff was very thoughtful and the room was clean, had a lot of light and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We had a lovely stay, if I ever come back to Rome, I will for sure stay here again.

Wonderful B&B near the Colosseum

Pros: We loved this B&B .The area was fantastic, within sight of the Colosseum .Jason took such good care of us ,he was kind and very professional ,giving us great information about local restaurants and preparing the breakfasts, which were delicious . It was such a luxury having them brought to the room .The area felt very safe at night.We will definitely be back

Perfect stay

Pros: This is an absolute gem of a place!! Just up the road from the Colesseum but quiet location. Room was spacious and everything immaculately clean. Jason was really lovely and Aldo sent us good recommendations for places to eat!! The breakfast was amazing and a treat to have it in our room!!

Pros: The room was perfect although perhaps they could add a window blind as curtains let in a lot of light! Apparent from that I cannot fault anything.

Birthday getaway

Pros: Such a great experience! The room was really clean and we were greeted by staff with a warm welcome. They ensured that we had fresh clean towels everyday and cleaned the room after we left the property, ensuring we came back to a spotless bedroom. The view was also amazing, which overlooked the colosseum. I asked for a little surprise and they were great in bringing fresh red roses for my partners birthday, which added a great touch to the whole experience. We were in touch throughout our stay and were informed of everything in detail. Thank you for a great experience! Will definitely recommend and be back in the future.

Cons: Only downfall was that there was a lot of moths in the bathroom, but could have been from the outside or weather.

Luxury B&B just 3 mins away from the Colosseum

Pros: Location (just 3 mins walking to the Colosseum), luxury deluxe room, excellent room service, very good breakfast. Jason was an excellent host, always paying attention to guests' needs. Overall, an amazing B&B! 👏🏼

Cons: The toilet was making a weird noise every time we flushed it. No big deal but it could be an issue for some guests.
