Perfect for Roming

Pros: We could see the Colosseum from the front door! The apartment was within an apartment so we had our own kitchenette and access to a shared larger one. The artwork was lovely

A wonderful stylish apartment in a great location- it is a special place to stay

Pros: Unique stylish apartment in great location with Colosseum and public transport just a short walk away. The art and decor in the apartment were wonderful and made the stay extra special. Ursula was very welcoming and provided very helpful information and recommendations which we used. Highly recommended.

Great location that feels like home away from home

Pros: We loved how personable, helpful and friendly Ursula and Usama were! Such beautiful souls! The location is so close to the Colosseum you can see it from the front door but still so quiet somehow. It was so easy to walk everywhere. Ursula provides the most amazing list of recommendations, you couldn’t ask for any more. Not to mention the art! So talented!

Great Stay

Pros: Location was superb as were the staff. Very easy to check in and the room was large, had nearly everything required, we had a blast, would definitely recommend

Cons: Two points that I was disappointed with were the lack of iron (nothing worse than a holiday with creased clothes), and the shared balcony. It was described as a balcony with the room, which we thought would be our own private balcony. However, it was a balcony in the communal area and shared with 2 other rooms, maybe detail this on the site.

Great place to stay in Rome

Pros: The location was amazing, staff super friendly and helpful and was great value for money. Everything you need in the apartment for a nice stay.

Cons: We were woken up each day at around 5/6 am from noise in the common area which wasn't ideal.

Pros: A fantastic place where everything is thoughtfully prepared with genuine care. The apartment is spotless, beautifully designed with an artistic flair and a unique atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The hosts are extremely attentive, kind, and welcoming – you can feel they truly care about their guests. Every detail is well thought out, from comfort to style. I would definitely love to return and can only recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome!

Fantastic Art Lab Stay

Pros: Everything was modern and clean on 3rd floor with an elevator if desired. Windows are triple glazed to provide both temperature and sound protection. The location was excellent for Colloseum and Palantine ruins. We walked everywhere, but streetcars passed in front, and both metro lines were just a short walk in either direction. We were given suggestions for local restaurants close to Art Lab. The food was terrific and reasonably priced at our selections. It was great having a kitchen and a Carrefour downstairs. The owners had many useful suggestions and even showed us how they created their art.

Cons: Any questions we had, they attended to promptly in a friendly manner. They whatsapp 'd us to ask if we needed anything. Whatsapp was a great way to communicate with us.

Amazing place with great hosts

Pros: Amazing place with great concept run by extremely friendly hosts who make you feel welcome. Rooms are spacious, uniquely decorated and well equipped. Perfect location
