Pros: The accommodation was super close to the Colosseum and to a walkable distance to all the main attractions and parts of the city. Also, connectivity of city transport was good. Room service was great, they changed our sheets, towels and etc even without us asking, which was really nice. The manager Francesca was really kind and helpful.

Cons: Everything was great.

Lovely accommodation in a great area.

Pros: Nice room in a safe building. Automatic check in, but very easy to do. Very near the Colosseum. Very good restaurants nearby and a lovely Gelato shop right across the road.

Cons: The whole experience was excellent. One little thing, the 10am checkout was a little early for us. 11am would be much better.

Pros: Brilliant location close to Colosseum and walking distance to lots of good restaurants and the metro. Room was beautifully decorated and clean.

Location location !

Pros: Location to Colesseum is excellent. Area is quiet even though you are close to the tourist attraction. All you need for a quiet stay. Espresso machine is nice touch. Hostess very attentive to any needs & with check in instructions.

Great location in a comfy well appointed room managed by a friendly host.

Pros: Excellent communication, help and support throughout our stay. The room was a good size and was well appointed with good facilities. The location was fantastic, only 5 minutes walk to the archaeological park and bars and restaurants. Public transport was also close.

Lovely accommodation, lovely restaurant for breakfast. Self check-in can be awkward.

Pros: Good location, views from the shared balcony can see colloseum. Good communication with owner and was clean and tidy. Lovely room and the restaurant for breakfast was lovely too.

Cons: Self check-in was open for problems. We were locked out on arrival and couldn’t access the property. Luckily another guest was able to open it to let us in. (Not a guests job but grateful to them and the owner for sorting this problem in the middle of the night)
