Pros: The room was absolutely perfect and modern. Communication with Denis was great. Highly recommend this room if you're looking to stay in Rome 😊

Short stay
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the space was very clean. The location was great and very quiet, which allowed us to rest properly. We also appreciated the check-in instructions—they were very clear and easy to follow.
Cons: The water pressure was a problem for us. We couldn’t take a proper shower, both because of the low pressure and because the water temperature kept switching between very hot and very cold. There were also too many lights in the room and bathroom, which became quite annoying—especially the one in the hallway with a motion sensor. It would turn on with any small movement, even when all the other lights were off. We understand that some guests might actually appreciate these features, but for us, they were a bit frustrating. 😊

Pros: Very nice big bed, good bathroom, nice good working TV, good that there Is elevator in Building , common kitchen. Near by was very good Food Court, small shops , bus stops near building , also near the entrance small shop was working till 12:30 p.m. on working days. Very good reastaurants near by - Taverna dei Migliori, Il Tempio di Minerva
Cons: Little bit small room , narrow coridor. Would be more cosy if , there will be closed type hall closet. Water in shower could be with more pressure and warmer temperature. Used Mobile internet, Wi-fi wasn’t working good.

Pros: The apartment has a fantastic location and is absolutely beautiful — clean, stylish, and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was excellent, quick, and very helpful throughout our stay. Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very welcome.

Great place to enjoy the city for great value!
Pros: Location was great! the room was spacious and comfy, with really nice added touches such as the water vapour lamp, tv sound was great and they even had a bidet!
Cons: only thing was that the shower could have been a bit warmer

Pros: Clean facilities, shared kitchenette was great for preparing snacks and meals. Modern spacious bedroom and bathroom. Quiet location despite being on main road, walking distance to Termini station & Vittorio Emanuele or Manzoni metro stations. Host was always available via message service, gave excellent directions and was open to feedback in order to provide a great service.
