Pros: The place is superb and spacious. Interior decoration is very nice. About 15-20 minutes walk to Vatican or take bus no. 46 which is only 5 mins travel.

Cons: Water in the shower sometimes turn cold.

Pros: Lovely space with 2 separate bedrooms with ensuite, and a great outdoor terrace. Very quiet and slept great!

Cons: Not on the prettiest area of Rome. Walkable to the Vatican. 10min walk to metro, but along a busy dial carriageway.

Pros: We had such a wonderful holiday in this beautiful apartment. The staff were incredibly welcoming and had thought of every detail - even the fridge was pre-stocked with breakfast items. We especially enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the lovely terrace and just relaxing. We would definitely recommend Fabiolous suites

Pros: Such a beautiful apartment very stylish and modern , the staff are very friendly Professional and Mr. Fabio is such I humble person .. Breakfast was delicious I would give it a 10/10 .. highly recommend and worth every penny .

Pros: Il top è rappresentato dalla disponibilità di Yogita, gentilissima, iper efficiente e capace dí soddisfare ogni esigenza. Noi eravamo una famiglia con tre bambini di 13 anni 9 anni e 18 mesi. Yogita è riuscita a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Se posso dare qualche consiglio suggerisco una luce i più nei bagni e degli appendini per abiti o asciugami. Suggerirei anche una convenzione per la colazione al bar. Per il resto top. Come posizione segnalo la metro un po’ distante.

Pros: Pobyt w apartamencie był naprawdę udany! Mieszkanie jest czyste, zadbane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone - dokładnie tak jak na zdjęciach, a nawet lepiej. Lokalizacja świetna, przystanek autobusowy bardzo blisko tuż, za rogiem mały sklep spożywczy w którym można zrobić zakupy. Chciałabym szczególnie pochwalić Panią Yogitę, która opiekuje się apartamentem - jest niezwykle miła, pomocna i dba o każdy szczegół, dzięki czemu czuliśmy się jak w domu. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament i z przyjemnością wrócimy tu ponownie! 🌸👍

Fabiolous suites de fabuloso :)

Pros: Todo increíble, hace honor a su nombre “Fabiolous” amamos estar hospedados allí. Cerquita del Vaticano y con una estación de metro y bus cerca. Cada detalle cuidado increíblemente, es un ejemplo de servicio, el equipo de atención genial y súper atentos, Favio el sueño nos recibió con mucho cariño. Volveremos a Roma y a Fabiolous suites.
