We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Pros: We are very satisfied with our stay. The apartment was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant, and it’s also very close to the Vatican, which made getting around very easy. The owner welcomed us warmly and shared many helpful tips about the area, including recommendations for some excellent restaurants. Thanks to this, our stay was even more enjoyable.

Good value for money

Pros: Spacious apartment, in a quiet area, comfortable, friendly staff, close to Vatican City and metro station. Perfectly suitable for 6 persons, 2 bathrooms, nice kitchen.

Cons: The balcony door from one of the bedrooms was not properly closing (cold air was entering the room from underneath it). There was a common entrance with the owner’s apartment and this could give a feeling of less privacy. Relatively far (20 minutes fast walking) from supermakets, restaurants and other shops.

A beautiful apartment in a perfect location with a fantastic host, our stay in Rome couldn’t have been better.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this brand-new apartment. Everything was immaculate and thoughtfully designed. The location is excellent, just a 10-15 minute walk from Vatican City, making it perfect if you’re planning to visit St. Peter’s Basilica or the Sistine Chapel. The host was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and full of great local recommendations, especially for restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the blackout blinds ensured a peaceful, uninterrupted sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, utensils, appliances, a fridge, and everything you’d need for a short stay. It really felt like a home away from home. 10/10 - we couldn’t recommend this place more highly. A perfect base for a memorable few days in Rome! Thank you so much!!

Cons: The apartment was a little tricky to find at first, but the host kindly met us nearby to guide us, which we really appreciated. Other than that, everything was spot-on from start to finish.

Perfektes Appartement für Städtetrip mit der Familie

Pros: Einrichtung & komplette Ausstattung top! (Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine, Flat-TVs)Heizung und Warmwasser top! Bequeme Betten, toller Komfort! Man fühlt sich absolut sicher & wohl! Tolle Lage, gleich in der Nähe an der Ecke Bushaltestelle, kleines Café und kleiner Shop. Gastgeber hätte uns sogar einen Transfer vom Flughafen organisiert (habe es nur zu spät gelesen)

Cons: Die Schlüsselrückgabe an den Gastgeber erschien mir ein bisschen kompliziert, vor allem wenn man Früh morgens zum Flughafen muss.. Man muss das Zufahrtstor mit dem Schlüssel aufsperren, den man eigentlich im Appartement zurück lassen soll. Vielleicht habe ich nur etwas falsch verstanden. Haben es zu zweit dann trotzdem geschafft.

Pros: Bardzo komfortowe mieszkanie, super wyposażone. Właściciel miły i pomocy, można porozumieć się w języku angielskim. Bardzo blisko do autobusu i ok. 15 minut drogi do metra. Do Watykanu 15 minut pieszo. Polecam wszystkim rodzinom

Spędziliśmy w tym miejscu niemal tydzień i kolejnym razem również wybralibyśmy to miejsce zwłaszcza na dłuższy pobyt.

Pros: Bardzo przestronne, wygodne mieszkanie w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. W apartamencie praktycznie jest wszystko, co jest potrzebne nawet na dłuższy pobyt. Ogromnym plusem są dwie łazienki, co ułatwia życie przy pobycie większej liczby osób w mieszkaniu. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona. Łóżka są bardzo wygodne. W mieszkaniu jest stosunkowo cicho, hałas z zewnątrz dobiega nieznacznie. Niedaleko domu jest przystanek autobusowy, z którego autobus dowiezie we wszystkie centralne punktu. Trochę dalej (15 min. spacerem) jest stacja metra. Gospodarz kontaktowy, pomocny i bardzo sympatyczny. Zameldowanie bezproblemowe, a po wymeldowaniu umożliwił nam przechowanie bagażu do czasu wyjazdu na lotnisko.

Pros: Massimiliano una persona disponibile su tutto veramente gentile,casa pulita di nuova ristrutturazione con elementi raffinati,posizione ottima con autobus fronte casa o metro a pochi minuti! Ci siamo trovati benissimo!

Pros: Mieszkanie komfortowe, wyposażone praktycznie we wszystko co potrzebne na niedługi wyjazd (6 dni) Muszę pochwalić również gospodarza. Mimo bariery językowej był bardzo miły, pomocny i wyrozumiały. Obawiałem się, że że względu na listopad w mieszkaniu będzie chłodno, ale było aż za gorąco. Bylo trochę jeżdżenia autobusem do poszczególnych atrakcji, ale przystanek jest 200 metrów od mieszkania i ma bardzo dobre połączenia. Tak na marginesie uważam że łatwiej poruszać się po Rzymie autobusami niż metrem. Pobyt w mieszkaniu uważam za bardzo udany. Stosunek ceny do komfortu jest bezdyskusyjny i na siedem osób wyszło moim zdaniem tanio. Z czystym sumieniem polecam każdemu

Pros: Ubicación excelente, cerca al Vaticano. El sector muy tranquilo y silencioso, bueno para un buen descanso de las jornadas diarias, el anfitrión realmente se portó muy bien, dándonos indicaciones para una mejor estadía y disfrute de la ciudad de Roma.
