Amazing

Pros: We had an amazing stay here, location within walking distance to everything. Staff were so accommodating, friendly and helpful! Rooms cleaned everyday, beds so comfy and a beautiful breakfast each morning would definitely stay here again thank you for a lovely stay!

Overall I recommend but be aware of deposits being taken without notice.

Pros: The location was amazing for all the main tourist attractions in Rome. The lady who checked us in was also very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, large bed and very comfy, lovely shower and facilities.

Cons: Online communication was pretty poor. We had a deposit taken from our account with no notice, then that was refunded, then another deposit was taken again with no warning. I did enquire if we could just pay the total amount prior to arrival to stop any further confusion with deposits but was not given an answer. Unfortunately the sink in our bathroom had a pretty unpleasant drain smell too. Nothing unbearable but not nice.

Great location and good for family.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance 21 minutes from.the station, 16 minutes to Colloseum and plenty shops around. Good vibes and contemporary style. Staff is very helpful and nice. Will come back again for sure.

Pros: This hotel was amazing, staff was very friendly, food was really nice and the room was so clean and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Anyone that is looking to stay in rome I would recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Pros: Staff were professional and very accommodating. The breakfast provided was exceptional and the hotel was centrally located and only a quick walk to the majority of the main sights. Even though hotel was located nearby off a main street was still a quiet location. I will definitely return here the next time I travel to Rome.
