Fantastic location - great family comfort

Pros: Reception staff especially Madelena were very welcoming and friendly. The family room we had was very spacious, also very generous with towels. Its a 15 min walk to the colosseum and to the Spanish steps, so location is really great. The República Tram stop is a 5min walk from hotel.

Cons: The breakfast room was small for the head count present in the hotel during our stay. When it got busy you felt rushed by some staff to leave the area as soon as you swallowed your food. Perhaps in warmer weather breakfast is served on the terrace area, allowing much more space. I think a second coffee/hot water machine would reduce the queues also

Great value for money, great location, really nice and helpful and friendly staff.

Pros: Really well located for almost all of the key sights of Rome (Vatican the only place a little further but we still walked there and back and did a 3 hour tour then there). Nice breakfast, bar and room.

Cons: A little noisy from the road on the lower floors mainly things like Police and Ambulance sirens you get when living in a big city.

Pros: Location, staff, confort of the bed, cleanliness, dinner and the service at the rooftop restaurant.

Cons: Breakfast! I can’t understand why a quality hotel in the center of Rome, Italy doesn’t have: fresh orange juice, fresh fried eggs (omelette needs more time), fresh italian salami, fresh croissants! There aren’t expensive in Italy. You can’t eat for breakfast cold boiled eggs or scrambled eggs like mortar!

Perfect family stay in the heart of Rome!

Pros: We traveled as two families with six children and had a wonderful stay at The Glam Rome. Even though the rooftop spa jacuzzi was temporarily out of order, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it possible for the kids to enjoy the heated pool — a great gesture that made everyone happy. The rooftop private spa area still offered an incredible sunset experience – truly one of the highlights of our trip! The staff were exceptionally attentive and caring, making our stay feel like a real vacation and a time to fully relax. We can absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

A glamourous stay at The Glam Hotel

Pros: Wonderful hotel in the heart of the Monti District. We stayed in a superior double room which was spacious and clean. The rooftop outdoor area is a fantastic place to enjoy a drink or food. The Glam is walking distance to pretty much everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would recommend.
