A weekend stay at Glam Luxury Hotel

Pros: The staff are very friendly and they even kept our luggages after check out. The room was comfortable and tidy, they even gave us a charger for our phone.

Excellent location, comfortable bed, great facilities

Pros: Room was spacious, bed very comfortable, great water pressure in shower (but the water was way too hot!)

Cons: It was super hot in the room even though the radiators were off (1st week of February so pretty cold weather!) And same applies to the water temperature - boiling! The hairdryer did not work in our room.

Great location and very friendly service

Pros: Perfect location, clean rooms, luggage storage and very kind staff. If it is possible you will be checked in earlier or your luggage will be waiting for you in your room.

Cons: Be aware that the reception is on third floor. There is an elevator in the building.

Pros: The location was fantastic. The staff were lovely at check-in and check-out. Very comfy bed and pillows.

Friendly staff, clean room and great location!

Pros: The location was amazing. A walking distance from many of the main attractions. The staff were very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom was spotless.

Cons: Bedroom floor was dusty and needed mopping.

Amazing !!!!

Pros: The hotel’s location was superb — right in the center and close to everything you’d want to visit in Rome. The metro station is less than a 5-minute walk away. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the city; they even helped us plan where to go and what to visit. The room size was fair — not luxurious, but clean and equipped with everything you need. I definitely recommend it, especially for its amazing location!

Cons: I initially thought I had booked at the Glam Luxury Hotel, but it seems the whole building is owned by the same management. They accommodated us on a different floor, and I believe all the rooms are quite similar. It was a bit confusing at first, but the staff explained everything clearly and were very helpful.

Superb!

Pros: 20min walk to colosseum & trevi fountain. hotel doesn't serve breakfast but reception gave us a really good list of local cafes and restaurants where we could get breakfast and dinner. there's a supermarket 2mins up the road from hotel if you need to pick up anything. great location!

Cons: when we first arrived, a staff member from one of the hotels on another floor (who spoke no english) kept telling us we were in the wrong hotel, even though the map told me i was in the right place. i got sent back and forth while lugging a suitcase around. i decided to ring the reception to confirm i was in the right place (and i was) - thankfully the reception answered straight away and said we were! Reception were lovely to deal with!!
