ideal for a girls' trip to Rome

Pros: The place was extremely nice, clean and comfortable, exactly like the photos, and perfect for a girls' trip to Rome. The host was very warm and showed us any detail we might have needed, and very easy to reach via text messages in case of anything. The location was ideal, a quiet neighborhood and a gated street, easy to reach via subway both from the center and from the train station, but we preffered the bus for the city views, its station being also very close. All the facilities were exactly as described. We highly recommend this place! Thanks Rosi! :)

We had a great stay.

Pros: The host recommended a driver who has access on the private road

Cons: The private road. Taxis cannot get in. We had to take a taxi because the Metro operates only up to 9pm. Also, lock for main gate needs to be oiled. So hard to open and to lock.

Lovely studio apartment, with free parking (private street), a little away from the city center but very well connected.

Pros: - Studio with a small kitchen was just perfect for us - The terrace outside the apartment was an extra advantage (sunny in the morning - ideal for breakfast) - Free parking on a private street was extremely useful - Very nicely decorated and clean place, very pleasant stay - Rosi was a friendly and helpful host. She provided us with some additional kitchen utensils when we asked for them. - Next time in Rome, we would love to stay again :)

Cons: - The apartment is not very well isolated (e.g. from the bathroom one can hear conversation of the neighbours). But it’s still OK. - Warm water in the shower is somewhat unstable - when someone is using warm water simultaneously in the kitchen or when neighbours use it.

Pros: Classy! 50m from metro station, and you WILL need it. And a few meters more to bus station up the street. Residential area, quiet, safe, beautiful. Large private terrace /garden. Nice view on trees even from the bed! Supermarkets and food stores nearby. Everything as in pictures, and more..

Cons: Since owners are attentive and immediately react to any suggestion (like adding a microwave oven), we suggest to put the TV on a wall holder so it could be watched from the bedroom as well. When you return tired in the evening you need to lay down.. But we just moved the table and managed anyway.

Pros: Great host, very close to the subway, clean and well maintained. Next time we will also stay at Garden House!

Pros: We had a lovely stay in this immaculate apartment, which was roomy, modern, and nicely appointed. The private courtyard provided a pretty garden outlook. A quiet street, close to subway and buses - taking only 15mins to travel to the heart of Rome and all her wonders. Shopping mall and laundromat close by.

Cons: Nothing really. If you want to cook, you will need a flipper and a scrubbing brush for dishes. A bonus : the host has provided some condiments to cook with. Love these little touches. Thanks Rosi!

Very nice stay in Rome

Pros: Perfect location. Just few meters from the metro line A. Possibility of parking the car just in front of the apartment free of charge. Nice terrace in front with a lot of flowers and pther plants - perfect to rest or eat breakfast. Flat very clean and comfortable, equipped very well with all kitchen amenities etc. including coffe capsules, some beverages and water and even a bear in the fridge. Wow! Rosi was a fantastic host, very kind and helpfull.

Cons: Nothing to complain.

Pros: We stayed for three nights in this lovely apartment. It was very clean, very well equiped and looked exactly like on the pictures. The location is excellent, both metro and bus are 2 minutes away by foot. The hosts were very kind and helpfull and even let us leave our baggage after the check out so we can explore the city on our last day. Can’t reccomend it enough! :)

Pros: Little farther away from center, but the metro station is 50 meters from the house, so it's easy and fast to get there. It's on the ground floor but it has locked garden and Carabinieri are across the street so it feels safe. Guido was very welcoming and the appartment was very clean.

Tutto perfetto

Pros: Tutto perfetto. La Signora Rosy é stata puntuale precisa e squisita in tutto. La posizione perfetta per muoversi in piena libertà. Camera pulitissima perfetta nelle dimensioni e nei servizi. Da ritornare se si vuole soggiornare su Roma.
