St Peter 1- Pretty Cozy Apartment (50m from metro)

I highly recommend this accommodation.

Pros: Location of the property very very good for Rome and having the metro soooo close it was very easy for us to move around. Safe neighborhood with shops and restaurants all around the street. The apartment is more then enough for 2 people. The host is a very nice person and very responsive with all our needs. We had a small issue when we arrived but they managed to have is fixed ASAP.

Cons: Nothing to mention here. :)

Great experience

Pros: Very nice, clean apartment, exactly as described. The location is perfect - close to the metro, bus, and supermarkets. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Riccardo was an amazing host, very welcoming and responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We had a great time, would definitely come back, and highly recommend it! Thank you for the limoncello!

Cons: Just a couple of minor points (more nitpicking than real issues): the bathroom faucet is positioned so close to the sink that it's hard to fit your hand under it, and the sofa in the living room wasn't very comfortable as it was a bit too soft. A microwave oven would also be a nice addition for quickly heating up food.

All was good

Pros: Nice, well equipped, clean apartman. Ricardo is a very nice host, inmediate response in case of question. Parking box is available for free, but it fits only for a smaller or normal size car (Ricardo sent is the exact parameter of the parking box to check our car fits or not).

Cons: Little bit small for 4 adults.

Nice appartment

Pros: The appartment was comfortable, clean and privided with all the necesary equipment. Very close to the metro and in a quiet area.

Cons: The keys of the appartment were used to turn on the electricity and they could not be separated. When going out (i.e. to buy cornetti) it was necessary to take the keys so those who stayed in the appartment did not have electricity. It would have been more practical to have two sets of keys from the beginning.

Pros: Everything was perfect! The apartment have all you need. It ,s next to the metro station and a lot of supermarkets and Caffe. Thanks for the hospitality!

Pros: Das Apartment hat alles, was man braucht - Bad, Küche, Wohnzimmer, Balkon. Auch ein Tisch zum Homeoffice machen, super WLAN.

Excelente apartamento, súper recomendable, volveremos

Pros: Es un apartamento grande, cómodo , con lavadora para la ropa, nos alojamos 1 semana y nos dejaron para hacer 4 lavados ! Eso fue excelente! También había sal , azúcar, aceite, utensilios , sartenes y ollas , la cocina funcionaba perfecto , 4 basureros para separación de residuos, un balcón grande y tender para secar la ropa, la ducha y el agua caliente espectaculares, el colchón súper cómodo para 2 personas, todo impecable y lo que necesites, este apartamento lo tiene todo 10/10

Cons: Solo agregaría: unos repasadores para poder secar los utensilios rápidamente o las manos luego de lavar los platos, y agregaría 1 servicio de limpieza cada 3 días. ( estuvimos 7 días y no hubo servicio al cuarto ) igualmente había ropa de cama completa y con recambio ! Por eso, 10 se 10!

Pros: Apartman je izvrstan, lijepo uređen sa svim potrebnim sadržajem. Lokacija je odlična, par minuta udaljena od metroa i autobusne stanice. Domaćin je bio izuzetno susretljiv, dozvolio je ranije ulazak u apartman što nam je mnogo značilo, te je bio brzo dostupan za sva pitanja.

Отличные апартаменты с прекрасным местоположением

Pros: В апартаментах одно плюсы 1. Местоположение. С одной стороны метро, с другой автобусная остановка, до центра 20 минут 2. Наличие гаража - пусть маленького, но вместить туда машину вполне реально 3. Чистое постельное белье, удобная кровать 4. Прекрасный балкон! 5. Ну и приятный сюрприз - оставленная вкуснейшая лимончелло!

Cons: Минусов не обнаружили) ну мы и не искали!
