Would definitely use again .

Pros: Location was fabulous ,our host was available on line always .We arrived earlier than expected and it was no bother to her ,she came and let us in to property ASAP.

Pros: The location was amazing. This was absolutely the highlight for us. The coffee at breakfast was great and the breakfast supplies in the fridge were a nice touch. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had good air con. Staff/owner were so helpful and accommodating and made us very welcome.

Cons: The WiFi is not brilliant but does work better in the kitchen vs the rooms. This wasn’t an issue for us as we only needed it briefly to book some tickets.

Excellent location

Pros: Location - 100 meters to Form Romanum, near Colosseum, 15 minutes walk to Pantheon. Beautiful room. A balcony with a nice view - you can see Forum Romanum. Very clean. Excellent contact with a host, Francesca is a very nice and helpful person, she answers immediately; we received the tips regarding places to visit, taxi, restaurants.

Cons: The smaller bed was not very stable and squeaked.

Perfect location

Pros: The room was very clean and comfortable, Francesca made us feel at home on our arrival. Walking distance to all the main attractions, location was perfect 2min walk to roman forum, 5min to colloseum.
