Pros: La ubicación es excelente, con bus al Vaticano super cerca y el metro, también muy cerca.

Cons: La limpieza del apartamento está un poco descuidada para nuestro gusto. Podría estar más cuidado.

Pros: The place is modern, clean, and comfortable, but the beds were a bit uncomfortable for me. We had a small issue and they took care of that quickly. The communication exchange was perfect since we didn't know Italian much, and Naima was nice and spoke perfect English. The location is a plus, I would recommend it to anyone who travels to Italy.

Cons: I think the TV in the bedroom was too up high, my parents couldn't watch TV long because their necks would hurt. Italy's bathrooms are very small compared to USA. All the hotels are the same. It is not a problem.

Pros: La amabilidad de los dueños. Se estropeó una de las persianas eléctricas y pedimos un calefactor para el baño y la misma mañana la arreglaron y trajeron un calefactor para cada baño. Estuvieron muy atentos toda la estancia.
