Ideal place with impeccable taste and functionality

Pros: The apartment is beautifully decorated and highly functional. It’s within walking distance of the Vatican, and also very well connected by metro, which made getting around easy and stress-free. Check-in and access are handled through an app, which was super convenient—no worries about losing keys. But if you prefer the traditional way, there's also a physical set available. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need, and all the appliances and utensils are of excellent quality—clearly well thought out. The neighborhood is also a big plus. There’s a 24-hour grocery store right across the street, and just next door you’ll find a bakery, a mini market, and a few other handy spots. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay. The cleaning staff was very polite and arrived exactly at the checkout time, which was appreciated and made the checkout process feel smooth and organized.

Cons: The instructions for entering the apartment are shared via video, which works, but having a few screenshots or images alongside would make it easier—especially when you’re juggling bags and need to pause and rewind multiple times. Because the apartment is in such a central and well-connected location, it’s also near a fairly busy area. If you're a light sleeper, a pair of earplugs might be a good idea. Also, I wasn’t initially aware that—due to city regulations—there’s an additional ~€100 payment required for tourist taxes. This isn’t the host’s fault at all (they responded kindly and quickly when I asked about it), but it’s worth checking the local rules ahead of time so it doesn’t catch you off guard when budgeting your trip.

Pros: Great location, building, inner backyard and apartment with a very tasty interior. Kitchen , bathroom, rooms very well equipped . Me and my family loved staying in Rome and in Dimora Malatesta apartment.

Pros: Location is very good. The apartment is very clean, the kitchen is new. Bed is very comfortable.

Cons: The apartment is near the street, so it’s a little noisy.

Pros: Our stay here was fantastic. It had everything you needed and more. The location was also very convenient since it's near Cipro station, giving you easy access to the rest of Rome.

Pros: Appartamento spazioso, pulito e arredato con gusto, in uno storico palazzo con caratteristico cortile interno.

Bon logement de qualité proche Vatican

Pros: La localisation proche du métro, du Vatican et des commerces. L'isolation phonique depuis l'extérieur. Les fournitures : gel douche, serviettes, draps, etc... La facilité d'accès quel que soit l'heure d'arrivée avec le self check-in and out. Bonnes indication du loueur. Le mobilier récent et moderne.

Cons: Les lits un peu durs, le bruit de la climatisation la nuit.

A comfortable and convenient property for a short stay in Rome

Pros: We enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated apartment forming part of a historical building (I would guess from the 1920s), few minutes walk away from the Vatican Museums. Also within a few minutes walk: Cipro metro station, bus stops, secure parking facilities, supermarket, restaurants, cafeterias, etc. The apartment itself has a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen as well as two bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. Ticked all the boxes for us, a family of four.

Una estada fantàstica!

Pros: Un allotjament molt ben situat, ens ha agradat molt el barri. L’apartament cobreix totes les necessitats, a més, és molt agradable i net. La decoració també ens ha agradat molt. Un 10!!

Pros: Muy cómodo, ideal para familias o grupo de amigos. Todas las habitaciones exteriores y de buen tamaño, con buena distribución. Hay llaves físicas en la vivienda. Mucho mas cómodo que los códigos. El aire acondicionado funciona bien, imprescindible en estas fechas, ya que es muy soleado. WiFi perfecto. Cocina muy cómoda, idea para estancia prolongada como la nuestra. Baño recogido, pero funcional. Muy buena ducha, imprescindible en estas fechas. Fabulosa localización, a distancia andando del Vaticano, muy bien comunicado por bus y metro. Carrefour express 24×7, a dos pasos. Cantidad de establecimientos de restauración ricos en los alrededores. Recomiendo restaurante \

Cons: Nadie nos contactó antes de la llegada para indicarnos cómo acceder al interior del recinto, que sólo funciona con llave. Tuvimos suerte de que alguien salía y pudimos entrar. Finalmente, logramos comunicarnos con el propietario. Al llegar había un olor extraño en la vivienda, que logramos ir haciendo desaparecer durante la estancia con ventilación. Llegamos a la conclusión de que a alguien se le debió calcinar un paquete de palomitas en el microondas o algo parecido, ya que emanaba del aparato y del armario de encima, lo que resultó bastante desagradable. El monomando de la ducha está suelto y es difícil controlar la temperatura del agua. La ventana grande del dormitorio principal estaba estropeada, pero no nos molestó. Imagino que con ambas ventanas abiertas, será mas agradable. No adecuado para quien acostumbre a dormir con ventanas abiertas y le moleste el ruido. Mucho tráfico, sonido de ambulancias, recogida de basuras, etc. Ascensor diminuto, para una persona o maletas. Vivienda en segunda planta.

Pros: Très bel appartement , chambres magnifiques… cuisine et salle de bain au top, bien équipée. À 10 minutes du Vatican . Établissement à recommandé
