Cons: We loved everything

Pros: The apartment was elegant as advertised and in a very good location near to bars, cafes, shops and restaurants. It is a bit of a trek to the main historical attractions. It has three bedrooms and three shower rooms and toilets. Each room and the lounge has an air-condition unit. The owner was very helpful with any questions I asked about the local area, including choices of restaurants, etc. It would be nice to have extra sheets for beds for when the air-conditioning gets a bit too cold.

Cons: The shower cubicle was a bit small for me. I am 6 feet 3 inches tall and found it hard to stand tall in the shower. The stairways are a bit narrow, which made it a challenge when carrying suitcases to the bedrooms upstairs. These two are the only minor faults.

Perfect space and perfect proximity

Pros: It was so well thought out and had everything we needed. We had lots of space and lots of amenities. Walking distance to some lovely restaurants.

Perfect Rome stay !!

Pros: Loved this property !! It was brilliant for a family of 4. 3 bedrooms 3 bathrooms cleverly designed in a beautiful space. Brilliant pub on the corner - great location .. loved staying here - great value for money - the coffee !!! Bellissimo 💕💕

Pros: Lovely apartment loads of room for our family two adult sons had their own space and bathrooms,very well stocked apartment,plenty hot water for everyone,great area very buzzy and good walking distance to all attractions.

Pros: Everything was fine. 3 nice beds (incl own bath) and a small kitchen. High ceiling makes it really comfortable.

The stay itself was a pleasant one.

Pros: The location is perfect. It's a few minutes from Piazzas' Santa Maria & Trilussa. There are many restaurants. It is a 1-minute walk to a pasticcheria for coffee & pastries. Same for pizza. The flat is very modern & clean. It is spacious as well.

Cons: There was only one roll of toilet paper, which was already half gone. This unit has 3 bathrooms. We had to stop at the store, which is about 2 minutes away, for more. The unit is very nice, but there isn't much privacy for a 3-bedroom space. You can see the loft from downstairs & through the mirror. The bedroom off the living room has a door, but a staircase in it, leading up to another bedroom with no door. My son was up there, & I had to yell if I was changing & to not come down.

A beautiful, well-located Roman flat with space, thoughtful amenities, and great base for exploring

Pros: The flat was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly located within walking distance of the Colosseum and historic sites. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, it was ideal for two couples and very comfortable after long sightseeing days. Amenities like WiFi, AC, and kitchenette were nice.

Cons: Nothing major — just be aware that the stairway to the upstairs bedroom is narrow, but it didn’t negatively impact our stay.

Pros: La instalaciones muy buenas. La ubicación excelente, a una cuadra de donde se encuentran todos los restaurantes de Trastevere, cerca de Plaza Trilussa, cerca de una avenida con buenos supermercados como CONAD y también de los servicios de transporte público. Si bien no había estacionamiento, el vehículo se pudo dejar en la cinta azul paga, que aunque sea una zona ZTL, existe un horario en que se inactiva para circular y luego de estacionar no hay problema. La zona muy segura para dejar la camioneta estacionada en la calle y el costo bastante menor al de un estacionamiento, a pesar de que es una zona en la que se debe pagar desde las 8AM hasta las 3AM del siguiente día, salvo domingos y feriados.

Cons: Nada para mencionar.

Pros: Apartament bardzo przestronny i czysty, w pełni wyposażony. Świetna lokalizacja – w pobliżu znajdują się sklepy, piekarnia oraz rynek, co jest ogromnym udogodnieniem. Idealne miejsce zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt.

Cons: Prysznice rzeczywiście nie należą do największych, ale są wygodne i spełniają swoją rolę. Dla osób o przeciętnym wzroście i budowie ciała nie stanowi to żadnego problemu, więc nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Jedynym drobnym minusem jest brak zmywarki, ale z drugiej strony – kto w Rzymie chce spędzać czas na gotowaniu, skoro wokół tyle wspaniałych restauracji 😉?
