Clean, comfortable, and ideally placed near the Vatican and metro.
Pros: The property is extremely clean, comfortable, and in an excellent location. It is just a 10-minute walk to the Vatican Museums and a 15-minute walk to St. Peter's Square and Basilica. Cipro metro station is only 5 minutes away, which is a great bonus for easily reaching central Rome and other major attractions, though many are within walking distance if you feel energetic. There are supermarkets nearby for groceries, as well as good bars and restaurants to relax in the evening. Maurizio was a fantastic host—he met us on arrival, gave us the keys, and shared helpful tips about places to visit. I highly recommend this apartment!
Cons: Everything was great, and we had no complaints during our weeks stay.

Pros: The apartment is just great - the location, large and comfortable, you can find everything you need. Our favourite part is the terrace, like a small yard. The host was very helpful and cooperative. Cannot be more happy.

Pros: Great location, close to metro station and 20 min walking from Vatican, Basilica di San Pietro. Apartmant well-equipped, nice design, we had everything there what needed. The great terrace is a perfect place to take some rest. Very good communication with the owner.

Obecně hodnotím ubytování velmi pozitivně a doufám, že se zde na strânce dostane více do povědomí.
Pros: Líbila se mi atmosféra bytu, který byl majitely vydesignivaný jako mini-museum. Byt se nachází ve skvělé lokalitě Prati, která nabízí spoustu zajímavých podniků a je poblíž Vatikánu. Komunikace s Flaviem, který má na starost předávání klíčů byla excelentní, nutno dodat, že ubytování nabízí velice flexibilní check-in časové pásmo.
Cons: Pouze menší detail jako je například pomalu odtékající umyvadlo v jedné z koupelen či trochu zaseklé dveře jedné ze sprch.

Pros: Nos pareció muy confortable con todos los servicios, limpio, actual y todo funcionaba corrcetamente. La terraza perfecta. Muy bien ubicado fuera del centro pero de fácil acceso con metro parada de Cipro y varias líneas de autobús que en poco rato estas en los diferente sitios. Cercanía a varios supermercados a.pocos minutos del apartamento. Volveríamos a repetir al volver a Roma

Mis hijos recuerdan el apartamento en Roma al nivel del Coliseo (son peques, la casa fue su refugio)
Pros: Buena localización (metro Cipro), cómodo y bonito mobiliario, 2 televisiones con muchos canales. La terraza es preciosa pero hacía frío y no la pudimos usar.

Pros: Ein tolles Apartmernt fussläufig vom Vatikan und der Metro. Sie ist mit allem eingerichtet, was man brauchen könnte.
Cons: Im Grunde nichts. Das Bad könnte ein bisschen größer sein. Und der Wasserdruck ist halt wie er ist.

Très bien, mais quelques ajustements à prévoir, je recommande.
Pros: L'emplacement est fabuleux : transports facile (bus taxi métro), supérettes, marché avec plein de petits commerçants très sympathiques et prêts à vous faire découvrir des bons produits. Le logement est très fonctionnel et la clim est très appréciable. La machine à laver à disposition est un plus.
Cons: L'appartement est situé au-dessus d'un commerce, il peut y avoir du bruit jusqu'à 01h du matin. Le lit de la chambre est un peu fatigué. Pas de verre à pied pour boire du bon vin Italien. Pas de torchon pour la cuisine. Peut-être qu'un second trousseau de clés devrait être fourni. Les portes de douche ne ferment pas très bien. Les douchettes de la douche sont entartrées et les petits carreaux de mosaïque libres devraient être recollés.
