La Casa di Marti

Pros: It's was our first time in Rom, Stefano and Tomasso helped us a lot with important transport information, met us despite the fact that it was late. The apartments are very cozy, comfortable, with a special atmosphere. Welcome drinks were a very kind idea. We are very happy after our trip!

Pros: This place was more than what I was expecting. If you're a couple or solo traveler. It has a lot of room and everything you would need if you want to cook while there. The good thing about the location is that there are restaurants really close by. And if you want weekend out the night life on the weekend is a 5 min walk way. The host is on the ball with the messaging to set you the time to meet up and get to settled in.

Cons: The only bad thing about the place is if you're coming for sight, see it a little out of the way. But there are plenty of bus routes that can get you into the center of the city within 40 mins.

Pros: Posizione ottima, il titolare gentilissimo e disponibile

Pros: L'appartamento, situato vicino a Ponte Milvio, risulta in una posizione comoda per raggiungere lo Stadio Olimpico a piedi, e vicino alle fermate dei mezzi pubblici. La zona è molto tranquilla e la proprietaria è stata da subito gentile e disponibile.

Pros: Monolocale accogliente come da descrizione con tutto il necessario. Molto comodo per lo Stadio

Soggiorno piacevole per Internazionali di tennis

Pros: Soggiorno di tre notti nel periodo degli Internazionali di tennis. Posizione ottima con ampia possibilità di scelta per la cena e la colazione, struttura che gode cmq di tranquillità per il riposo notturno. La casa di Marti ha uno staff molto disponibile con tempi di risposta rapidissimi, appartamento dotato di tutti confort: Climatizzato, frigo bar con bibite cucina ed elettrodomestici vari. Bagno con tutti i servizi Un appartamento che ha visto passare il mondo si respira quella piacevole sensazione di averne fatto parte . Congliatissimo

Cons: Materasso un po rigido per i miei gusti

Pros: L appartamento è piccolo ma molto carino, è in una bella zona con tanti locali. È adatto a giovani o a chi vuole ancora esserlo. Non è molto rumoroso.

Cons: Ci sono alcune cose che si possono migliorare ma sono inezie

Pros: Estudio monísimo con todo lo necesario almenos para nosotros, nos ha encantado la decoración estilo industrial y de tamaño para una parejita perfecto, en la zona hay restaurantes, cafeterias, zonas de ocio etc Tiene cerca paradas de bus etc aunque nosotros nos movimos con las motos de Cooltra, las recomendamos al 100%, siempre tienes alguna cerca y la aparcas donde quieras, solo necesitas descargarte la app. Los anfitriones muy amables, además nos dejaron unos bizcochitos de cortesía el primer dia. Muy recomendable!

Cons: Un poco lejos del centro, pero con las motos de Cooltra ningún problema.

Schöne gemütliche Unterkunft!

Pros: Schön, gemütlich, sauber, alles wie auf den Fotos. Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Vermietern.

Cons: Liegt etwas außerhalb, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist das Zentrum aber gut zu erreichen.

Pros: Właścicielka obiektu - cudowna osoba, kontakt z Nią bardzo przyjemny, dostałam instrukcje w prywatnej wiadomości jak najłatwiej komunikacją miejską dotrzeć do mieszkania, a na miejscu czekały na nas już schłodzone napoje, które uratowały nas po podróży w tych upałach :) Styl mieszkania rewelacyjny, zdjęcia nie oddają tego nawet w połowie :)
