Lovely property

Pros: Beautiful apartment, close to amenities and restaurants.

Cons: Had some maintenance issues that frustratingly meant being stuck in the apartment for a while. AC is only in the main bedroom and downstairs, making the smaller room hot if the door is closed. It's at least an hours walks from main attractions.

Pros: Good property but quite far from the centre. No clothes rack for washing. Water pressure in the shower is very low.

Pros: This lovely flat was in a perfect location for the olympic stadium. Very modern and well laid out and just like the photos Self checkiin was straight forward and convenient Lots of options for cafes, restaurants and of course ice cream in the neighbourhood.

Cons: It would have been nice to have some tea/coffee and milk provided to get us started.

Overall it's a very nice house and a good stay.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and comfortable, including the bedrooms. It's nice and modern with automatic Velux on the roof. Spacious shower, good size living and dining room, good for 4 people. Overall a good stay.

Cons: The staircase at the entrance is quite steep, especially with luggage but not too long. There wasn't any coffee or tea in the kitchen, no cookies, no rusks, nothing, not even water or long life milk (I believe something should be provided). In the second bedroom there should be at lest one chair or a luggage bench. The worst part it's that the apartment is too noisy at night. Most of it can be fixed though. Overall a good stay.

Great place would def come back

Pros: Lovely property excellent location with bars, restaurants all within short walking distance and one exceptionally good one across from the house. Clean and tidy

Cons: Not a dislike but has steep stairs to get up so possibly not suitable for mobility impaired people. Also just a note that one bedroom is off other bedroom so to use bathroom has to go through the main bedroom and also to get downstairs. Didn’t affect us but just providing the information.

ROME GETAWAY

Pros: Amazing apartment few minutes by Taxi from the city center of Rome. Traditional building which has been upgraded beautifully. Everything we needed was provided , even towels and toiletries. We found the place to be exceptionally clean and organised. The apartment manager was very helpful throughout our stay and made every request we had possible. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops right in front of the door. Highly recommended this place !

Pros: Location senza bisogno di descrizione ! Fantastico

Pros: Tutto perfetto, dalla posizione vicina allo stadio olimpico ai servizi offerta dall'hotel. Siamo stati benissimo, ci ritorneremo.

Pros: L’appartamento è situato in una bella posizione, ogni stanza ha aperture sull’esterno. L’ambiente è elegante ed accogliente. Si può parcheggiare in strada ma ci sono parcheggi nelle vicinanze.

Cons: A Roma faceva parecchio caldo (40 gradi!) e il climatizzatore purtroppo non funzionava a dovere. Il proprietario mi ha aiutata con le istruzioni ma penso fosse un problema del motore esterno. Essendo sabato sera non ha potuto risolvere il problema ma penso che lo risolverà perché è sempre stato disponile e rapido con le risposte
