Great experience.

Pros: Location, quiet, washer/dryer, communication with owner , comfortable beds

Cons: Master bed toilet did not flush well. It took 4-5 flushes to get the paper to go down, trash bins were very confusing and not well marked so we made up how we used them

Comfortable apartment in an excellent location

Pros: Great place to stay! The location is excellent, right next to a metro station, so getting around the city is very easy. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the apartment looked exactly like in the photos. Everything met our expectations, and we really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Minor drawback: the bathroom taps did not provide a stable warm/hot water flow, so while showering it was a bit annoying when cold water would suddenly appear.

Pros: The flat was clean, beds were excellent, silent location facing a garden. Getting in and out was simple and smooth.

The location was perfect right next to the Vatican and lots of food shops around 😁

Pros: The apartment was clean. Outside the main gate lots of eating areas with really good food and coffee of course. A cross the main street to the left was a large supermarket. No issues and lots of support from the owner.

Pros: Great space, very comfortable beds. Well equipped. Felt like a home away from home and a great base to explore Rome. Very near a Metro and lots of cafes and restaurants. Would definitely recommend

Spacious and well-equipped apartment in a secure block walking distance from the Vatican.

Pros: The apartment was sunny, comfortable and well-equipped. The beds were large and comfortable, and the rooms were big enough for two couples. We loved the view into the courtyard garden and appreciated the security provided by the locked outer gate. Our older couple appreciated the lift too!

Pros: Fantastic location near to the Metro Line A, well maintained, spacious, a real gem in Rome. Nearby supermarkets, St Peters within walking distance. Quiet.

Cons: Everything was ‘perfetto’, no issues at all

Highly recommend if you're a family that appreciates ACs and new apartments

Pros: The location is very nice and well served, the apartment is newly renovated and the furniture is amazing. It has everything you'd need from a home. Management is great and responded quickly to any messages i sent.

Cons: The elevator fits 1 and a half human beings so moving luggage to the 3rd floor was a challenge. 2 dining chairs were broken and were not replaced when management were informed. The floor under the beds were not clean (we had a baby that crawled everywhere so it was important to us).

Great 3 nights in Rome. Fantastic location and apartment.

Pros: Perfect location, 15 mins from St. Peters basillica and a great selection of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk from the apartment.

Cons: Limited kitchen utensils - just one sharp knife and no bottle opener.
