We were happy but thought it was going to be more luxurious than it actually was.

Pros: Owner was exceptionally helpful. It was very close to Metro and very clean. Only problem was it looked much larger in the pics!

Cons: It was a bit smaller than it appeared in photos. Kitchen tiny and quite old fashioned.

Exceptional stay in Rome

Pros: Amazing host, location, clean and cozy accommodation. The apartment is close to many public transportation options e.g. metro, bus and is located in a private residence. The terrace was also great. The host prepared us a nice surprise for our arrival at the apartment and we appreciated it. Easy to check-in, communication with the host went great. The Aurelio vicinity is great and easy to get from to the city centre. Would definitely come back.

Pros: Whatever we needed, our host, Riccardo, made sure to assist us in any way, up to an including transportation to our cruise ship period he was the consummate host!

Отличная квартира, очень довольны

Pros: Квартира великолепная: чистая, удобная по расположению (рядом ходит автобус в центр), за поворотом продуктовый магазин. Кухня полностью укомплектована, есть и сковородки, и кастрюли - можно готовить дома без проблем. Есть стиральная машина и капсулы для стирки. Есть фен, гель для душа, шампунь (хороший, не дешевый). Кондиционер прекрасно работает, что было спасением в такую жару. Много мест хранения, удобно разложить чемодан. Для заселения предоставлены четкие инструкции - никаких проблем не было.

Pros: Die Lage: Metro und Bus in der Nähe. Ruhige Lage in abgesichertem Wohnblock. Geräte haben problemlos funktioniert. Sauber, nach einer Woche Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt, Wohnung geputzt, Müll entsorgt.

Cons: Die akustische Nähe zu den Nachbarwohnungen. Fernseher und Stimmen waren relativ deutlich zu hören.

erholsamer Rom-Aufenthalt

Pros: Angenehm ruhige Umgebung, perfekte Verkehrsanbindung (mehrere Buslinien, U-Bahn), gute Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung, netter kleiner traditioneller Lebensmittelladen in der Straße; unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und Zutritt zum Appartment; das Appartment ist nett eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt :-)
