Overall I'm very happy with the standard

Pros: Room was great, lots of towels, cleaned every day. Location is wonderfully central for everything. They warn you about the stairs so it was expected but you need to be fairly fit to stay there. Great communication via whatsapp with the hotel direction.

Cons: Great little kettle with tea and sugar, could have been nice with a sachet or two of Coffee, but no big deal. Stairs are tough when you have had a few drinks but you can hire a Sherpa at base camp !

Perfect stay for family

Pros: Excellent location, very clean and wonderful room and the host was very kind and helpful

Cons: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like

It was a superb experience having a holiday at Rome, we will surely book again…

Pros: The accomodation is at the center of everything, walking distance to Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, museums, shops and restaurants everywhere.

Pros: We had such a great stay! The host was super friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. The location was perfect, everything was just a short walk away and the view perfect. The place was spotless, and the cleaning lady was incredibly sweet. If I ever come back to Rome, I’d 100% book here again. On our last day we left our suitcases at the reception, and it was super convenient, there was a restroom, a sofa to chill on, plus outlets to charge our phones and everything.

Comfortable room along with a spectacular view.

Pros: Comfortable room, slept very well and a stunning view overlooking the square and fountain. Excellent hosts in contact via text, very helpful and friendly.

Cons: 3 stories high and so a lot of stairs leading to the room, but we knew this before booking, was a bit tiring with the suitcases but means I just need to go to the gym more often that’s all 🙂

Pros: Location was excellent. Housekeeping was very efficient and communication with the hosts was very easy with an immediate response.

Cons: It could be a little noisy at night - but it is in central Rome and right on a busy and attractive piazza - so it is to be expected.

Pros: Super clean, confortable room and toilet. They let us do an early check in.

Cons: Nothing really.
