Lovely accomodation and friendly staff

Pros: The place is simply lovely, 1 min from metro Barberini, very clean and everything brand new. The staff was very nice, they make for us a surprise and we found in the room a prosecco bottle for our anniversary. They was so nice that we left our luggage till evening in our departure day, because we get a night flight. We are happy that we found this great place, and can wait to be back. Pros: Fabulous location and a great place to discover Rome.

Pros: Excellent location, bang in the middle of everything and few steps away from a metro. The room was as new and very clean. Hosts were amazing and they also allowed us to leave our luggage there until late, saving us having to carry them around until it was time to leave Rome.

Perfect location, very kind and professional stuff, nice room, but the bed was shorter.

Pros: The staff was very kind, the cleaning lady was very professional. Room and bathroom were very nice and comfortable, except the bed.

Cons: The size / length of the bed was smaller than standard. It was too short, so we had to sleep in diagonal. It was really uncomfortable and affected our sleeping.

Pros: The property was very clean and in a great location, just a 2-minute walk to the metro and no more than a 20-minute walk to the city centre, including the Trevi Fountain. I asked for a small birthday surprise for my boyfriend, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time there.

Cons: The only minor downside was that our room was next to the reception, so we could occasionally hear other guests talking in the morning.

Excellent stay

Pros: The room was very modern and nicely designed. The guest house was in a really good, convenient location. The staff were super helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay, even using whatapps prior to our arrival and checking whether we needed any help with anything. The team also provided lots of recommendations and guidance on local restaurants and things to do in Rome, which was appreciated! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again if we come back to Rome in the future.
