Awesome Place to stay in the centre of Rome

Pros: LOCATION: Great location close to the Trevi fountain, Pantheon, clothes shopping, grocery stores etc. STAFF: Only a small team of staff but so lovely and helpful! Thank you to the great breakfast lady who made us hot chocolates and coffees every morning :-)

Pros: Excellent location and very clean room. Metro and bus stops can be easily reached in under five minutes. Wide range of fruit choices for breakfast. The staff members I interacted with were also all really friendly and helpful - shoutout to the receptionist Sharmine, who also helped me to print my event confirmation/badge!

Cons: The layout of the room was somewhat impractical. E.g. there was no table/desk. Hanging space had insufficient height - tops/shirts would be ok, but trousers or dresses would end up crumpled at the lower end. There was no socket close to where the kettle was.

Lovely room, very convenient for all the attractions, excellent breakfast.

Pros: The property was well positioned, exceptionally clean and the lady who managed the breakfast was friendly and very attentive.

Cons: The 68 steps to reach it every day! (Although there was a lift but it looked very old and antiquated)

Pros: Great sized room if a little bland. Staff, particularly the breakfast staff, were just amazing, so friendly and helpful, a real delight. As was the breakfast. Excellent location to explore from with all the major attractions within reasonable walking distance.
