Hungary 🇭🇺

Pros: We had a lovely stay there. The room was clean, well-equipped and comfortable. I loved how they prepared for us: welcome message and some drinks, plus the background music. The location was perfect, close to Trevi Fountain and metro station. The room was the same as on pictures. Check in was easy, getting in and out super quick. Communication was easy during our stay and before that as well.

Pros: Everything was perfect!The room was very beautiful, comfortable and clean.Alexandra was very polite and helpful.She was available for everything we needed and always with a smile😃 Everyday they were cleaning the room. Finally the location is near to all the famous sights. We're looking forward to comeback 😉

Pros: The location. Decoration in room was exceptional. Gabriella was so helpful with transport etc. Alexandra is very friendly and helpful. She makes the best cappuccino in the world

We enjoyed our stay very much, despite a few minor issues.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Staff was attentive and friendly, especially Alexandra. Room was a decent size. Airconditioning was cold and working properly, which was great in the hot weather. And we appreciated that there was a sprayer type bidet in the bathroom. Lastly, the location of the guest house was great.

Cons: Some issues with the bathroom: the water pressure and heater in the bathroom was intermittent. The exhaust filter was filled with a thick layer of dust and needed to be cleaned.

Had a beautiful stay at this property.

Pros: Location is great with close proximity to Spanish steps as well as Trevi Fountain. Rooms are a god size and are very accommodating. Staff is wonderful and very approachable and friendly.

Truly a Dream

Pros: Apart from the room being incredibly clean and the location being central (almost right on top of the Spanish steps), the staff was fantastic! Our check-in and check-out process was a dream thanks to Gaby who corresponded with us via Whatsapp and always made us feel as though we had an in-house assistant waiting to help us. We then had the pleasure of meeting Alexandra who acted as our hostess, concierge and guide. In the morning, we were met with a big smile and a coffee. And in the evening, as we prepared ourselves for dinner reservations, we discovered a surprise chocolate tart on the vanity waiting for us with a sweet little note from Alexandra as well. Truly an amazing experience!
