Pros: Our stay at the property was exceptional. Our room was spotless, very close to the city center, and the hostess was always willing to assist us and help with any questions we had. On our next trip, we will definitely choose to stay there again!

Good location but not for light sleepers

Pros: The location is amazing! Only 5-6mins walk to the Trevi fountain and similar to the Spanish steps. The metro station is literally 2 min walk and 1 stop away from Termini train station. The receptionist was very nice and helped us with our questions and luggage storage. Room was nice and clean, had daily cleaning and towel replacement which was really thoughtful.

Cons: The only thing we didnt like is that the room has zero soundproofing. Door has some gaps around the frame so the light from the hallway peeks through (and it is always lit up!). Also, you can hear anything from outside of the room like they are inside. Our room was next to a shared bathroom that was used by other guests and we could hear everything especially the locking and unlocking of the doors. It got really annoying especially when some guests were leaving at 5am and used the bathroom to get ready (as in, locking and unlocking their room and bathroom quite a few times) or returning late at night. So, if you are a light sleeper this room is definitely not for you.

Pros: Suoerb value given location. A few minutes walk from the Trevi fountain. Interaction with host in advance and during the stay was great. For the price point excellent value, would have no hesitation to book again.

Cons: Water in shower could not stabilize on hot setting. Knew beforehand that walls were thin so not writing this to complain, but to emphasise that if one needs complete silence this may not be the place to stay at.

Pros: Outstanding location, great communication about how to get to the location and what is around the spot.

Cons: I missed a shower gel holder in the shower and a tower holder next to the shower. The switches for the lights are working a bit funcky.

Pros: The location is amazing, friendly staff, really helpful. Refrigerator and iron are in the shared area, good a/c in the room.

Cons: First evening we had no hot water unfortunately. However on the second evening the problem was solved
