Apartment stay

Pros: The apartment was lovely, and all the added touches were really nicely thought out. The communication was great and always were there to answer any thing I needed.

Cons: Nothing everything was good.

Be sure to stay at this hotel. We will always come to this place from now on, and I recommend it to you.

Pros: Everything is very clean and comfortable. The room is in a convenient location. The bed is very comfortable. The shower is great. Everything is 100000%.

Great stay, lovely accomodation, great location

Pros: This is a really good value, nice accomodation in a good location. The rooms are clean and the facilities and free drinks and snacks in the common area was a lovely touch.

Cons: A guide to the room etc all in one place would have been nice. It was only at the end of the stay that I found out that there was a switch at the top of the shower to turn the main shower on. If this had been put in an information booklet that would have been really helpful.

We had a very enjoyable stay at you hotel and would definitely use again if we returned to Rome.

Pros: The room was a unique shape but we put that down to the building. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The extras you provided were a nice touch, it saved us having to carry water about.

Cons: No one was at the desk to meet us, even though we provided a check in time. After an early flight it would have been better if we had been greeted by a person.

Amazing location, great find

Pros: Amazing location. 5 minutes walk from Spanish Steps, 15 minutes to Trevi Fountain & about 25 minutes from Colosseum…. Room was quiet considering on fairly busy road and opposite theatre. Local restaurants etc nearby which, those we tried, were good. Facilities were great but the light did go in bathroom on second night and we couldn’t get hold of the management company. Snacks available from shared kitchen outside room which was a lovely touch…

Cons: There was no one on site if you needed anything but other than that it was great!

Room is comfortable and secure but contact when require assistance needs improvement.

Pros: The location of the apartments are good. The room is decorated lovely but they are a lot smaller than advertised. The snack room is a nice touch and was helpful. The apartments are really secure and we felt safe during our stay. The cleaner arrived each day promptly to tidy each room. The rooms were clean.

Cons: The staff were not contactable. When we needed assistance and none of the numbers on the signage worked. All numbers were ‘unavailable’. We resorted to emailing them asking for help but this didn't get a response. This worried us a little as my phone was in the room and i was unable to gain access. All signage needs to be updated and a permanent contact needs to be available.

Good location and modern, safe room / facilities.

Pros: Location was good and within walking distance to everything. Room was modern and nice. Very quiet at night for sleeping. Cleaning staff did a very good job each day. Free Water bottles and snacks was a bonus and appreciated. Has old style lift in building but still handy to have with luggage.

Cons: Room Safe did not work and not fixed by staff. Not enough shelf space near wash basin for toiletries. Heating rack in bathroom did not work. Minimal space in room for two large travel bags to unpack. AC worked well but remote control not working properly to adjust airflow. Bed not comfortable and sagging. Need more light in bathroom and bedroom. Don’t need a fancy LED colour light gimmick in the shower. No Reception staff on site during 4 days stay to obtain site seeing information.

Pros: Excelent room with perfect location. All the staff was very proactive, and always attending any kind of demand. We have an upgrade in a room, cause we were traveling with a new born baby. Higly recommend this place!

Luxurious rooms, great service, perfect central location. 100% recommended!!

Pros: The room was absolutely amazing and the price very low considering is literally 7 minutes walk from Fontana di Trevi and about 20 minutes from Colosseum. The room looked exactly as the picture, very modern and as the name says, luxurious. Really impressed and I would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families with little children that can’t walk around for hours.

Cons: I would say the only issue was the sofa, my husband tried to sleep on it but was very noisy, impossible to turn on it. So we all had to sleep in the same bed. I believe the owner might not even be aware of this considering the rest of the furniture was stunning. The rug/ floor needs definitely a good clean as well, our feet were literally black 10 minutes after having a shower.
