Pros: Everything! The room was ready for us to come early, thank you for that! We did not hope the room would be cleaned everyday, as we stayed only for two nights. Everything was perfect! And about the lift - while most of the comments are negative, we found it like some kind of attraction :) maybe it is not comfortable with the luggage, but as we were only with the backpacks - it was kinda fun :)

Fantastic stay in a great location!
Pros: 10/10 for cleanliness. The cleaners here are first class. Also the smell in the reception area is gorgeous. I work in a hotel chain in the uk and I think smells are so important for the guest experience. The receptionist was very friendly too. Location is fantastic too for Trevi, Spanish Steps, Pantheon and Colosseum. These apartments are on the 4th floor of a beautiful old building being used by other companies too as lots of smaller aparthotels, so the stairs are a lot to walk up but walking down is fine. Yes the lift is small but it’s a beautiful old building so it’s to be expected. As long as you manage your expectations about numbers of people in the lift max 2 adults and 1 suitcase then it’s fine.
Cons: If I was being picky, I would say a long mirror in the apartment so you could see your whole outfit before leaving for the day 😊 I know my teenage daughter would have been happy about that!

Pros: The location is excellent. You can reach Rome's most important landmarks on foot, whether for sightseeing, entertainment, or dining. The staff is very polite, helpful, and always in a good mood. The cleanliness of the room is also of a high standard, with daily service and great attention to detail. I would definitely recommend it. If I visited Rome again, I would stay at the same place.

Pros: Fantastic place to stay in Rome! The room is clean, bright, and nice. Everything feels new and fine quality. The place has modern vibe, which is rare to find in the city center for a fair price. The staff is polite & the owner was very kind to help us with the luggage issue we faced.

Barata, bien ubicada y un excelente servicio
Pros: La cama era muy cómoda y el acceso muy sencillo pero seguro, había varios filtros y códigos para llegar al apartamento pero sencillos, fáciles de recordar. El agua esta caliente y nunca faltó.
Cons: Solamente no me gusto una cosa, pero es muy simple, nunca hubo shampoo del hotel en la regadera, pero yo contaba con mi propio shampoo.

Camera bellissima e personale gentile, ottima posizione ma ascensore fatiscente
Pros: La camera e la reception erano arredate con cura, molto moderne con card come chiave e schermo touch per il riscaldamento. Il ragazzo alla reception è stato gentilissimo, dandoci info utili e tenendo i bagagli oltre gli orari di check-in e check-out. La posizione centralissima.
Cons: Il palazzo in cui si trova l'appartamento è poco curato, sporco e l'ascensore menzionato è più simile ad un piccolo montacarichi con carrucole esterne piene di polvere (allego foto). Nessuno di noi si è sentito di usarla, ma essendo l'appartamento al quarto piano le scale sono piuttosto impegnative, soprattutto per persone con mobilità ridotta.

Pros: Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία , είναι κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και στο σταθμό του τραίνου. Είναι ακριβώς όπως το δείχνουν οι φωτογραφίες , πολύ καθαρό , άνετο και με προσεγμένες λεπτομέρειες και πάνω από όλα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Σίγουρα θα το συνιστούσα.
Cons: Το μόνο αρνητικό , το οποίο δεν ευθύνεται αποκλειστικά το κατάλυμα, είναι ότι βρίσκεται σε ένα παλιό κτίριο στον τέταρτο όροφο και ο ανελκυστήρας που υπάρχει είναι μικρός, άβολος και αρκετά παλιός.
