A great location to explore an amazing city

Pros: Location was excellent, a short walking distance to everywhere. Staff were friendly and accommodating and facilities were good.

Great location feel good place

Pros: Great location, new, renovated establishment, very clean. Good brand/quality of soap/shampoo/conditioner. Slippers were also nice touch. We appreciated possibility of early check in as we arrived during the morning. Luggage storage is also available, it was practical. Very responsive staff - one faucet was not working well, they appreciated receiving this information and repair was done immediately. Manager and Princess were very nice and welcoming, always polite and ready to provide advices related to restaurants, sightseeing etc.

Cons: In general everything was really nice. Just few comments on few details: - re supply of amenities is not regularly provided, but upon request - body lotion is not provided - the evening before check out well we were coming back from a long day spent outside and looking forward to be back in the room. The receptionist lady stopped us asking a lot of questions i.e. when exactly will you check out tomorrow, will you use anything from the bar this evening..I understand it is relevant for planning purposes, but would be nicer if we were asked if we can talk for few minutes or if we would prefer to come back once we refresh.

perfect stay, super clean and modern rooms, very nice staff, right in the center

Pros: Everything was perfect! We came in late from the flight, the instructions were right on point, and we had no problem with the entrance. The rooms were perfect, spotless and clean. The staff was super nice. perfect location. will return.

Pros: Rooms are very clean, service is impeccable. Every request was immediately answered. The location is perfect right in the center, Metro and bus station nearby.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

PERFECT PLACE PERFECT LOCATION

Pros: Everything is perfect!! The location is great!! close to everything, but still very quiet and near to public transportation. The room is new and modern, Extremely clean, every day they changed towels and clean the room. The staff was lovely and helpful, especially princess, that was very nice and kind. definitely we will be back next time!!

Brilliant stay, we highly recommend

Pros: The manager Fabio greeted us even though we arrived early morning. My wife and I can’t thank him enough for his accomodating us. He shared with us local knowledge which was amazing. The other staff were also extremely helpful and attentive, we can’t thank them enough.

Cons: Nothing to not like at all. Everything was fantastic, from ease of checking in and checking out to the room, to the local knowledge

Would definitely stay here again
