Satisfied

Pros: The location was the best. Very close to all the main attractions.

Cons: Breakfast could have been more varied. Also the elevator broke down often. Overall it was not good.

Pros: The staff were very kind and friendly. Our room was ready even though we arrived early in the morning. The hotel is centrally located and they provide information about places to visit using a map. The room was clean and tidy.

Pros: Great location, walking distance to a lot of the main attractions, and close to the metro. Were able to leave our bags securely after a very early arrival into Rome. Good recommendations on how to get around! The room was divided by the bathroom - 2 singles in one half, and double the other half. Good for travelling as a family. There was lots of choice for breakfast... we did not go hungry!

Excellent place close to the heart of the city

Pros: Location of the place is very convenient. Walk for a few minutes and you are at the Trevi fountain, which is best to visit in the early morning to avoid huge crowd. Many options close by for shopping and enjoying a meal.

Perfect except for the breakfast

Pros: Perfect location only 5 minutes away from Fontana di trevi. The stuff was helpful. The room was very clean.

Cons: The breakfast was not good. There was only coffee, juice, bread, cheese and ham, and the croissants were not freshly-baked.

Brilliant

Pros: Staff were really friendly and nice. Really great location. Room was basic but great value, had everything we needed and was very clean. only 1 flaw was lift was broken and we had to carry very heavy cases up 4 flights.

Cons: No lift and had to drag cases up 4 flights

Pros: GREAT location, aircon was super, spacious room, fridge included, dark blinds. Fun elevator! Breakfast was simple but good, coffee super, pastries, eggs, cheese, ham, cereal, cake and plenty of it. Friendly staff and helpful.

Cons: Bathroom fine but a bit rusty in places, hairdryer didn't work but not a big issue for us. Plenty of toiletries included. Reception it's labelled Rome kings, not obvious it is mia suites but staff helpful once found.

Pros: Concierge we’re friendly and extremely helpful, helped us contact the airport to sort out lost luggage and Great location to walk to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps.
