A fantastic holiday

Pros: Location was perfect very central a few minutes walk to all main attractions Spanish Steps Fontana di Trevi and all superb restaurants. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special just basic the room was very spacious for 3 persons and very clean with change of towels every day,..... I would highly recommend

Cons: I cannot fault anything really instructions for check in were very clear since we arrived during the night....

Hidden Gem in a beautiful city!

Pros: Brilliant and friendly staff who showed so much kindness, care and consideration. Everyone I talked to in person, on the phone or through messages were so lovely and couldn’t have been any more kinder and helpful! As we were arriving after check in times, the staff sent us perfect instructions on where the building and room was located, what code to use, and where to find the key to open the room. Mia Suites gave written instructions and photos to show us- really appreciated this! Mia Suites was a lovely hidden gem located in great proximity to some of the local attractions, and within a reasonable walking distance! Clean, comfortable room at a very reasonable price for a family of four at peak times in summer! The lift was one of my favourite things- cute and quirky! Would definitely stay here again when we return to Rome! Thank you!

Cons: The fridge didn’t work too well, but everything else met or exceeded any expectations we had!

Great location

Pros: Our room was clean and large enough for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. The bed was comfy and clean. We had a fridge to store our drinks. The shower was amazing and we had plenty of towels. The room was cleaned everyday and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very basic, boiled egg, ham, cheese, bread and cereal but the kids liked the croissants. The fresh coffee was delicious and it was a good start to the day. The location is fantastic with the Spanish steps one way and the trevi fountain the other way.

Cons: The entrance is not the best and it’s a little confusing with one desk dealing with a few apartments. Mia Suites is on the 2nd floor. Up the stairs or the lift which was as old as the building

Pros: Room is spacious for family of 3, it is clean and comfortable. All the staff are good, nice breakfast. Location of the hotel is near to all the places to in tome. Transportation is very near.

Brilliant spot, delicious breakfast, pity about the beds

Pros: Awesome location, great rooms, wonderful breakfast

Cons: Beds are cheap, smaller beds creaked every time someone moved and were not very comfortable for anyone other than a very small body. Everything else is so nice would recommend making this important part of the offering more comfortable for happier customers

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is perfect.

Cons: Too much noise of machines from outside during the night which disturb you from sleeping.

I would prefer to stay elsewhere next time

Pros: Location was great, rooms were clean, with moderate size

Cons: Very poor breakfast, hot water was not available all the times. There was no sitting in common area in the reception to wait for my taxi. Elevator was old, and needed special handling, that some guests did not follow and as a result, ie the elevator, was on 2nd floor and could come down, as the doors were not properly closed, by previous passengers. So we had to go up, by the stairs.

I would definitely stay there again as the location is perfect

Pros: Its extremely in a perfect place easy to get to all the main tourist attractions

Cons: Having stayed there on previous occasions I liked the fact there was someone on the desk 24 hours a day for me it has lost a bit of ambiance we had before we only saw the cleaners there was someone on duty down in the lobby and were very helpful
