Pros: Good location nearby Metro, fountain and S. stairs. Clean.

Cons: Small lift. Trafic noise from street. Safe not working.

Beyond satisfied!

Pros: Exceptional room with an exceptional location, service, staff and room facilities. Cleanliness was beyond perfect! We stayed only one night because for previous 5 nights we stayed this room wasn’t available, which we are very sorry about as it exceeded our expectations in every possible way!

Pros: The location is very good, you are close to all the tourist attractions. The room it was very clean and the staff is very hospitable. Next time I come to Rome, I will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay in the center of Rome

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to almost all places to see in the center of Rome. Very clean, daily service. Nespresso topped up every day.

Cons: A bit noisy, but expected. Elevator could use an upgrade.

Amazing place in Rome

Pros: We loved everything about our stay! The room was excellent—spotlessly clean, with a super comfortable bed and great pillows. The room was cleaned daily, and we really appreciated the complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The location was amazing, and the team was fantastic—always helpful and quick to respond to all our questions and needs.

Perfect stay in the middle of Rome!

Pros: Beautifully designed place with an amazing view and location. Very good size, comfortable bed and lots of natural sunlight.

Pros: I liked everything: the communication to reach the hotel, the service, the cleanliness, the room was spacious, the bathroom had everything I needed, warm water was without any complaints, a lift to bring my luggage to the 4th fl, room heating was just right for winter, all freshly renovated, location just near all the location I wanted to be, many connecting busses closeby to all other locations, supermarket to buy fruits only few minutes away… nothing I would miss. Just be prepared to go few staircase till you reach the lift. Bit this is in most of the other hotels

Pros: Located at a strategic point, from where one can have easy access to all city highlights, and right next to the metro. The room is exactly like the pictures, spacious and clean. Erika met us at the check-in and she was the sweetest, made us feel welcome and helped us settle. Overall we had a wonderful experience and we would certainly recommend it and revisit in the future. Thank you!

Cons: We were very happy with everything. Value for money is in perfect balance as it is, if the room included breakfast as well it would be an absolute best-deal.

Pros: The stuff was great. The location is very good, walkable for every part of the city center and close to metro station. There's a nice city view, but the windows so good so when you close them it's quiet. The room was huge and comfortable. The bed was good and comfortable. We also liked the room coy design. There is water and coffee complimentary that renewed every day. Overall very good value for money.

Cons: Although there was an AC controller, we couldn't manage it and we found the room too warm. When we contacted the stuff they were very kind, explaining that the system can't work with cool air since it's November, and kindly offer us a fan. Also, we ask the day before to get an extra blanket, and sure did it waited in the room, but with no cover so we couldn't use it, eventually we didn't ask for cover because the blanket in the bed was very big.
