Pros: Tout, la localisation, le charme, le design de l’appartement.. avec un petit côté vacances romaines.

Splendide Rome et vie heureuse à la Via della Croce

Pros: C'est notre deuxième séjour dans ce lieu, 1 mois en septembre 2023 et ces 3 semaines juin/juillet 2025. Donc nous sommes satisfaits 😊- et comme nous apprécions beaucoup ce lieu et cet appartement nous attirons l'attention sur des détails qui doivent être corrigés pour garder ce lieu en état. Voir ci-dessous.

Cons: Ne pas oublier de nettoyer sous le lit 😒 - manque des verres, à eau notamment - réparer la serrure (manque une vis) - redonner un coup de peinture là où il y a eu un coulage dû à la pluie - faire spontanément une livraison de draps et de serviettes de rechange pour les locations de longue durée - avoir accès au coffre fort (bloqué en 2023 et en 2025!!!) - prévoir un parasol pour la terrasse.
