Great location in city centre

Pros: Great location, right beside Spanish Steps. Big apartment with 4 large bedrooms. Plently of restraurants beside the apartment.

Cons: Nothing, all good.

If you want to discover Rome this is a good place to stay!

Pros: It was in the city center, one block away from the Spanish steps. About 15 minute walk from the Piazza Venezia and if you take the Lime Scooters or bikes you could go anywhere within 20 minutes. Rome is a beautiful city with so much to discover, so this is an awesome place!

Cons: The Apartment was on the 3rd floor and the building didn't have an elevator. We had a small child and 3 elderly people travelling with us, so this was a challenge.. Don't know how to change that, but that was the only thing that made staying there a bit difficult. The location is a very good one, but it also is hard to find a restaurant there that isn't a tourist trap and overcharges you for everything.

Great stay

Pros: A beautiful apartment in the heart of Rome next to the Spanish Steps. The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, but in the central part all the buildings are antique. The property consists of four bedrooms (two on the first floor and two on the second floor), two bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen. All rooms are tastefully furnished in a pleasant style. There are restaurants around the property, but we did not have a problem with noise. The kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine with capsules, for which we are very grateful.

Cons: The shower in the bathroom on the first floor needs to be fixed so that the handset can be used.

Fantastic location and lovely stay

Pros: Simple and easy to access and very central location. The apartment was close to all the action, with restaurants and coffee shops on the door step. The rooms were large, the facilities available included white goods like a washing machine and it covered all the needs...

Cons: The apartment was a little more tired than the pictures showed, with scuffs and creaky furniture. Be aware of the three flights of stairs (we were and no complaints), but the main issue was that it was not a soundproof apartment - being above shops and restaurants, it was very noisy until late and from very early - be aware if you value sleep! This is specifically mentioned in the description hence why noted.

Pros: The appartment was very nice, and the location was amazing. The host was helpful with instructions and answering when I had any questions. Had a wonerful time!

Cons: Everything was as expected.

Great base for exploring Rome.

Pros: Great communication from the hosts, even allowed us to drop our bags off earlier than check in. Good size communal area. Great location, less than 5 minute walk to Spanish Steps. 15 minute walk to Villa Borghese park and 15 minutes to Pantheon. Good location for exploring city.

Cons: Not a problem for us as only stopped 1 night and had hand luggage, however there are 3 flights of stairs that if you had a heavy case may cause a problem.

Great place to stay if you want to be in a central location.

Pros: Great location, right by the Spanish Steps, with lots of shops, restaurants, and the metro nearby. Spacious and clean rooms, bathrooms, kitchen.

Cons: You have to walk up 3 flights of stairs so if you have heavy luggages it’s difficult. There’s no aircon in the dining area.

Pros: Very affordable and close to all the amenities Great location fab for a group

Cons: Bathroom facilities not working very well in one of the bathrooms alot of steps to get to apartments not really for older people with mobility problems

Pros: The property was clean, well equipped and in a great location. check in and check out was simple. would definitely stay here again.
