Overall perfect stay

Pros: Lovely flat in a perfect location for staying in Rome. There are bars and restaurants on the doorstep and easy walking distance to all the main sights. Well fitted out with all you need to make breakfast/ light meals. Everything was great. Host very helpful and responsive.

Cons: Maybe a more comfortable sofa after so much walking around the city. It is also up 8 flights of stairs so not suitable for everyone.

Pros: The flat has an excellent location in the very heart of Rome. Luminous and well-equipped, perfect for a short city break.

Cons: The shower needs a thorough cleaning and some of the less-used furniture was dusty.

Pros: Everything you need for an enjoyable stay in Rome is here! Unbeatable location right by the Spanish Steps and a few minutes walk from Trevi fountain and metro. The apartment is clean, comfortable, big, with amazing facilities such as extra phone chargers and appliances. We really appreciated the attention of the host, who was so understanding and helpful at every step. We arrived late into Rome, and they met us at the apartment to show us in and make us feel welcome. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time we are in Rome. Book this place, you won’t regret it!

Pros: Location was perfect. 2 mins from Spagna metro and right next to Spanish steps and easy walk to Trevi Fountain etc. Host was very attentive too - just perfect for a short break

Cons: The 4 flights of stairs was challenging but we knew in advance and host did contact to offer assistance with luggage. Nothing was a down-side really - all good

Pros: The location is fantastic! Really nice flat in the heart of Rome. Francesca and Carletti were really amazing hosts! We will definitely return as the room was one of the highlights of our stay! Thank you both!

Cons: The WiFi is a bit slow and the apartment is located in the 4rth floor without an elevator; not a negative but one has to be aware :)

Pros: Фантастическое расположение. Много места. Очень чисто. Шум с улицы почти не слышен. Хозяева постоянно на связи. Есть абсолютно все необходимое для жизни. Очень рекомендую.

Pros: Központi, tökéletes helyen. Minden sétával elérhető volt. Francesco nagyon jó fej, együttműködő, megold minden kérést es amikor Te magad is alig tudsz felmenni a negyedikre, Ő vidáman viszi fel a bőröndöket is helyetted.

Pros: This is an attractive apartment in a great location! The immediate neighbourhood is lively and interesting. Very conveniently located so we could walk to all the places we wanted to visit.

Cons: The kitchen could be better equipped for those who want to prepare and eat meals at home. It would be helpful to have a bigger coffee pot, a microwave, and a few more dishes. It was manageable but not ideal.

Pros: location was steps from the Spanish Steps, near taxi stands, got help from Francesco with our luggages as the unit is on the 4th flr no elevator. well equipped unit had everything we needed
