Pros: In the center of the tourist area . Great restaurants in the street. The place was big and very comfortable.

Cons: Some noise from the street but not so bad I couldn't sleep. This is the smqll price to pay for staying in the center of all things....

Can’t beat the location!

Pros: The location is excellent and it was very comfortable for a family of four. Clean and tidy.

Cons: We are a family of readers and found the lighting in the living area too dim. Also - though this is completely outside the control of the property - it was noisy in the early hours of the morning with street cleaners.

Pros: We stayed in this apartment with our family of six and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is very comfortable, thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details, and perfectly suited for a large family. Just around the apartment, there are plenty of local restaurants where we enjoyed the delicious flavors of Italy. The owner, Alessandro, was incredibly kind and always quick to answer my questions. A big thanks to him for his politeness and hospitality! I highly recommend this apartment for anyone traveling to Rome, whether as a couple or with a group of 5–6 people.

Best Location , best house, best host !

Pros: This was my second time visiting Rome, and the location couldn’t be better – truly the best spot in the city! We were a group of six adults and had a wonderful stay. Alessandro, the host, was incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding. He’s just a phone call away and always ready to assist. He even arranged two separate taxis to pick us up right in front of the apartment on our departure day. Don’t think twice – just book it!

Pros: Excellent location , good facilities , maybe a dryer would have been useful after washing the clothes, but overall our stay was great and hosts very pleasant and trying to help. Thank you

Cons: Home internet connection was not available and host got us a mobile router that was not connecting most of the time. Host tried to help but could not resolve the issue, which was very inconvenient to us as we needed it badly.

Pros: Posizione fantastica a due passi da Piazza di Spagna ma in una strada silenziosa. Appartamento bello, grande, pulito e con tutte le comodità. Gestore molto simpatico e disponibile.
