Pros: Location, staff and cleaning personnel are very good and kind. Also those guys were all the time pending how they can help us. They is a permanent staff seating outside during a office time also every time asking how he can help us. Also by what'sApp as well they always keep pending to offer any help.

Cons: The baddrom needs some fixing in some of the power socket, also the ventilation is quite noisy. It will be good if they can make a renovation in the baddrom

Pros: It's was Very kind, very clean Very good location everything you want is near coffee, supermarket pub.

Great stay for short trip

Pros: Good location, lots of cafes restaurants next to it, 10 min walk to main station. Great hosts made everything simple

Great value for money and would stay again.

Pros: The room was clean enough. The beds were big and comfortable. There was a kettle as stated. The tv worked and there was a safe,although I did not use it. There's also a little fridge in the communal area to store drinks. Your right next to villa borghese park where you can watch the best sunset for a 20 minute walk and escape the chaos of the city.

Cons: The walls are quite thin and when my neighbours showered at midnight it felt like they were in my bathroom. Don't expect much sleep if your neighbours like to stay up late.

A perfect stay in Rome

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Rome! The host was incredibly kind and always ready to help us. The room was beautifully maintained, and had everything we could ask for. The location couldn’t have been better, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The apartment is also very quiet, which made it perfect for relaxing or getting work done. I never had any issues with noise, and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, would stay again!

Pros: Location to termini station was excellent, short walk away. Lovely restaurants and cafes nearby.

Cons: Particular room wasn’t very big, for a single occupant it was ample but was advertised with side table and tea making facilities. Shared fridge in the property was not adequate enough for all the guests.

Great value

Pros: It is a great value for money, it is slightly further away from the main attractions however you can get to the central via buses anyway.

Pros: The host is very nice, kind and helpful. Location is quite good - few minutes walk from metro, and pretty close to the central station. There is a supermarket next to the hotel.

Pros: Accommodated me last minute, easy check in, big clean rooms.

Pros: It was very clean, simple and cosy. The building was realy nice.

Cons: The biggest problem was paper walls. If somebody were talking in other room, it looked like they were talking in my room. The TV, the music, the talking, I was a prison of circumstances. So your stay depends on people that are staying in orher room. But it’s the only bad thing in the property.
