Pros: Beautiful spacious room with comfortable bed in nice quiet area with excellent coffee next door !! The location is close to the station and so close to Villa Borghese and stunning park with a viewing point to the whole city , short walk to Spanish steps through colourful streets and 2 buses ( 63 & 83) to city centre if you are fed up of walking and enjoying the views The communication was excellent and staff friendly and helpful ⭐️ we could store our luggage and pick it up later with no fuss We only spent 4 days in Rome so still so much to see , we will definitely be back and would return to this place ! Thank you for having us & Arrivederci ⭐️

Really Authentic Italian Hotel, excellent value for price.

Pros: Authentic Italian accommodation. 10 minute walk from train station. Lovely vibrant area, with coffee shops , & restaurants . The room had gorgeous big Italian style window, opening outwards. Room cleaned daily. Lovely mini bar, with treats. Meals are not available in the hotel, but there is a lovely coffee shop, downstairs, on the street, for a local breakfast. The host, was so, very kind, and helpful, Will definitely stay here again, next time we are in Rome.

Cons: Liked everything about it.

Pros: I liked how to owner accommodate us. We had a mistake during our booked, we forget to put the age of my daughter, we should book 3 person but we mistakenly booked for 2 person and 1 child (below 1yr old) but the owner offer us a new room for 3 persons with discount. It makes our holiday in Italy memorable

Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the city center. A comfortable, warm hotel.

Pros: Nice and quiet with a few restaurants and bars nearby. Very clean and very comfortable bed.

Cons: Initially told us that the economy room we booked didn’t come with towels? However, when we arrived we were upgraded to a larger room with towels.

Pros: Good location. Very clean. Great aircon. Amazingly helpful staff.

Pros: Compare to prices that were on general in Rome, this hotel really met my expectations. Room was very clean, even tho we paid only for economic room, and they were supposed to clean the room once in 3 days, they did clean it every day. The location is good, close to 15 minutes to city center, even tho its better to get a bus ticket (buy a full week ticket) and there are plenty of busses that send you close to the hotel room for 4-5 minutes. Contact them via whatsapp they're very communicative.

Cons: So I got extra charge 20 euro, check-in after 10pm (they paid an employee to wait after 10pm). When I did the reservation I made it with no cancellation option, and there was impossible to do anything about it, so please look for your plane ticket time before your reservation, anyway there are other option in your reservation method with cancellation plan. When I contacted the staff via whatsapp they tried their best to make a solution and not to lose my reservation. You can hear from the other room bathroom in your room :(

Pros: Stuff was so polite and great! Great location, nice view and room, perfect for Roman holiday!

Cons: It was more than expected- so everything was okay!

Pros: The location was wonderful, there were great restaurants and bakeries very close. The staff was very helpful and sweet, they did everything to assure we have a good stay, including free of charge late check-in, room upgrade and luggage storage.

Cons: We initially booked the economy room and got the info only afterwards that the bed was only 130cm wide, so next time should be more careful. Fortunately we got a free upgrade on the day we arrived, and the stardard room was perfecrt.

Nice stay in strict centre of the city

Pros: Really kind and helpful staff, nice room. Perfect location

Cons: Woyld be useful to have a kettle in a room
