Pros: It was easy and fast to go to the attractions. We didn't have breakfast, but next to the location, you have more possibilities to get a coffee and eat something good.

Pros: The professionalism of all the Staff ,Cleanliness of the room & its strategic location to all facilities eg shops,restaurents ,buses & historic buildings.

Cons: Not much on this side.

Pros: Staff was incredibly welcoming and nice. Room was clean when we arrived and it was cleaned daily during our stay. The size of the room was great, it had high ceilings and a large window. Towels were included. The location was great, very good restaurants and cafés close by. Short distance from Termini station. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be staying there again!

Cons: There was nothing that I didn't like about our stay, other than the fact that I couldn't adjust the height of the showerhead. It really wasn't an issue, but should probably be fixed.

Wonderful first time visit in Italy!

Pros: The guest house has exceeded our expectations, it was very clean, spacious rooms with lots of amenities. The location is quite central but at least 15 mins walk to sightseeings. It is located in one of the fancy areas in Rome close to all the embassies which makes the area unique and rich. Restaurants everywhere and café just down the guest house. Staff were absolutely amazing, professional and friendly. I would definitely highly recommend it!

Cons: Air conditioning wasn’t working properly for my room and the windows are quite exposed by neighbors. But there are curtains which is already good.

Very nice!

Pros: We were very pleased with our stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very clean, and we had everything we needed. It was also very quiet, with the window facing the inner courtyard, so we slept really well. The staff was very attentive, and we appreciated having a mini fridge and air conditioning in the room. The location is excellent—just a 15 minutes walk to Termini and very easy to reach all the main tourist areas in Rome. We highly recommend it!

Pros: Great location for the cost of the property. It’s about. 20-25 minute walk to the centre of everything.

Cons: Option of an economy room, which at the time of booking did not realise it does not include towels, soaps, and a much smaller bed. So I would recommend booking a standard room if there is more than one person. There is also no possibility of checking in after 11pm - which is not necessarily an issue, but if you travel in from a different city and get stuck, this could be a problem. Luckily for us, the staff were super accomodating and evening being delayed into Rome, they were all so lovely and helped us right up until we arrived.

Cons: Would have loved to be on a higher level to have a better view of the Eiffel tower from the outside of our window.
