Excellent, clean and great location

Pros: Great location, 20 minutes walk to Spanish steps and 20 mins in another direction to Trevi fountain. The staff were easy to contact during my stay and polite and helpful

Cons: Our jacuzzi bath didn’t work but that is my only negative about the property.

Perfect stay

Pros: - Alfonso was so welcoming and lovely - location was so perfect, didn’t use a taxi once (only for airport) as you can see all of Rome on foot and come across so many hidden treasures along the way but be prepared to do a LOT of steps -breakfast was basic but no complaints! - Room was clean and comfortable, not that you spend much time inside! - very close to villa borgheise and Rome zoo which is so worth the visit

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We will defiantly recommend others to stay here. The room, was comfortable and spacious.

Pros: The property was modern, clean and had all the facilities we needed. This is a lovely place to stay.

Cons: The staff, from Alfonzo to the cleaners were extremely friendly and helpful.

Perfect place to explore Rome.

Pros: Great continental breakfast, room size was great, the three guys were extremely polite and very helpful. We had left our GoPro in the safe and messaged Alfonso who arranged for it to be returned back to our home address, we are extremely grateful.

Pros: Maid service everyday provided clean towels and bedding was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh good value for money. Location was really good close to city centre.

Cons: Was lovely to have a jacuzzi bath sadly jacuzzi part didnt work however was heaven to soak in after lots of walking around this beautiful city. Shower was great over the bath too. So not really a complaint more an observation.
