Pros: The hotel was wonderful, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and very cozy. It’s not within walking distance of all the main attractions, but there is a bus station nearby that takes you to every part of the city, which makes getting around Rome very easy. The reception staff were excellent, the girl who welcomed us was very kind and helpful, assisting us with every detail we needed. They even provide a city map at check-in, which is a really nice touch and makes exploring Rome much easier.

Pros: Nice and clean,very friendly staff,good value for the money,close to the main attractions. We do recommend to walk,if you can,to the locations you want to visit because traffic is terrible!
Cons: We didn’t like that the room we’ve got had no windows! We couldn’t ventilate the room or see anything outside,so big minus on that!

Excellent location, spacious and clean room with all essentials for travelers
Pros: I liked the room, its value is equal to money you are paying. On top of that it's situated not far from most of sightseeings, close to market and supermarkets. The room was clean and bright. The staff was very kind and friendly, open for help. What I would suggest for future - just to not use so much deodorizer inside the room, as the aroma it is emitted was quite intense at the first day of staying. The rest was excellent! Big thank you!

Pros: I booked the apartment through Booking.com, and it was spacious and well-equipped with basic amenities. It was also conveniently located near grocery stores, restaurants, and public transport. Also the staff was friendly and explained the map for visiting the nearest tourist places.
Cons: However, I had an issue with the payment process. Upon booking, they charged around €62 to my card, and I expected to pay the remaining balance at check-in. Instead, they charged me the full amount and informed me that the initial charge would take 10-15 days to be refunded. This was quite surprising and not how I've experienced bookings in the past.

Pros: The location of the apartment is perfect, 30 minutes walking distance from Piazza di Spagna and Trevi fountain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless. Also, the neighborhood is really cool and has many cute bars and bakeries.
Cons: The room could be a bit warmer, but other than that, everything was great.

Great apartment would book again
Pros: Very nice sized property in good location, easy 15/20 min walk to key transport links with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The property team were most helpful from booking to departure and the property met our needs.
Cons: Double bed could do with a new mattress soon and not bowls for breakfast cereal.
