Pros: The staff was excellent and responded by WhatsApp quickly. Thank you very much Francesco! The location of the hotel was excellent as it was easy to get to Metro. There are very good restaurants nearby. The breakfast in Dolce Cafe was a very good start in the day.

Excellent stay in a perfect location

Pros: The location is excellent, plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby and easy access to the main attractions, whether you prefer walking or using public transport. The street is quiet and we felt very safe. The hotel is a true gem: charming, exceptionally clean, and very thoughtfully arranged. We were welcomed with a handwritten note, complimentary water, coffee and tea, and a map with restaurant recommendations :) such a lovely touch. Self check-in and check-out were smooth, and communication with the property was flawless. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage after check-out until our transfer time. Breakfast is served in a cute little café just down the street. The sandwich, croissant, coffee and juice were tasty, and the staff was very friendly. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a small cabinet or shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

Will look to book again if in Rome

Pros: It was very clean, nice & quiet in a busy city, good arrangement with a cafe for breakfast & Francesco was always available to contact and sought to ensure everything with our stay went well 👏🏼

Good value accommodation in great neighbourhood.

Pros: Francesco at reception was very helpful and considerate. Also good communication via WhatsApp. We had a lovely view of the courtyard and the whole building was atmospheric. Our bed was very comfortable, the room clean and the accommodation was good value overall. The area is great; relaxed and residential, but full of really good cafés, shops and restaurants, with a small marketplace nearby. Plus public transport links to rest of the city are very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cons: Just a suggestion, but privacy would be improved in the bathroom with a thicker curtain to cut out the light seen from outside. Currently, at nightime with the light on, anyone inside could be quite visible from outside.

Lovely place.

Pros: Lovely place. Very clean and modern design apartment. Owner was super kind and helpful to make our stay perfect. Location of the apartament was perfect, close to good cafes, restaurants with delicious food and good location for sightseeing. I truly recommend the apartment.

Wonderful and close to center.

Pros: The staff was excellent and responded to questions quickly. Thank you... We did not see the Breakfast tickets so we did not eat at the location the hotel works with. We did find another location about a block away and it was outstanding. The location of the hotel was excellent as it was easy to get to Metro or take a Bus to all locations. There is a restaurant down to the left of the hotel towards the Market and it was excellent for a late night snack or good wine. If you walk through the market there is a grocery store on the other side which was perfect to grab a few items. The shops around this area are fabulous and the Jewlery store right not door to the hotel is very cute and the owner is a supper person. My wife and I thought this was a perfect place just outside of center that is quite but has graat shops and eateries around it. Thank you...

Cons: Did not know the business looking cards sitting by the coffee maker where for Breakfast.

Great accommodation just a short distance from the center of Rome

Pros: The stay at Habito Suites was very pleasant. The room was very well cleaned and tidy. The apartments are very easily accessible from the center of Rome. I rate the overall stay very positively.
