Fabulous accommodation in a lovely urban area.

Pros: Fantastic property in a lovely location. 10/15 min walk from Termini Station and 20 min walk from the main attractions, lovely local restaurants to dine in too. Accommodation hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and even checked in with us to make sure we arrived at the property safely.

Cons: Couldn’t fault the accommodation everything for us was perfect.

Pros: The apartment is located in a great location just 25 minutes from the train station (Roma Termini) and on average 30-45min from major attractions. There are many good restaurants near by and it's also very near a huge park. The fact that there is a kitchen adjacent to the room (shared with the other room) adds a whole new level of comfort for parents who travel with children. The room was very spacious and the air-conditioning functioned properly.

Cons: Although the room was tidy and seemed clean when we checked in, there was no cleaning service throughout the 7 nights we stayed there. There was also only one set of towels left. On the fourth day we had to ask ourselves for cleaning service to change the bed sheets and towels. This was very quickly arranged for the next day (day 5 of our stay) but when the person came to clean, they only changed sheets and towels, but did not empty the bins, did not clean the bathroom and did not sweep of mop the floor, which left the room quite dirty by the time we checked out.

perfect apartment for a relaxed but cultured city break

Pros: The property was perfectly located, clean, tidy and the bed was really comfortable! The instructions were emailed on the morning we arrived so we could access the room when we arrived in the evening. there is a shared kitchen which is clean and tidy and well equipped, although we didn’t use it, it was lovely having a fridge to keep some cold water in! Bathroom was private, modern and clean, lovely waterfall shower, clean fresh towels were provided. The bed was super comfortable, we had a great nights sleep which refreshed us for all our walking. The location was excellent, walking distance - 20-30 mins walk from most locations. The local area has some great places to eat and drink away from all the crowds and with Romes local residents rather than all tourists. I would certainly book again if visiting Rome and no doubt will recommend to family and friends.

Clean, beautiful apartaments which are in a very great spot of Rome

Pros: We have enjoyed our stay, everything was perfect, contacting with the staff is very easy and fast responses.

Great! Value for money

Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Very close to the city centre but also to bus stations. All the facilities in the house were great.

Cons: The only thing that I hadn’t understood was how close the two rooms were and that they were “connected” through the shared kitchen. However, it was very comfortable, we didn’t have any problems with the person staying in room 2, nor did we see them.

Struttura consigliata per chi non vuole essere nel caos del centro città, ma essere comunque vicino.

Pros: La zona dove si trovava la struttura era tranquilla, con bar, ristoranti tipici (ma non turistici) e supermercato a pochi passi. Check-in un autonomia. Risposta rapida dei proprietari. Camera e bagno puliti. La vicinanza al centro, anche a piedi. Comodissimo con in mezzi pubblici.

Pros: Bardzo czysto, przemiły personel, kuchnia w pełni wyposażona, nowoczesna kamienica.

Cons: Łazienka niewygłuszona, wszystko słychać w pokoju.

Buena estancia

Pros: Habitación amplia, baño nuevo con buena presión y agua caliente muy rápido. Secador de pelo y Plancha para ropa en la habitación. Acceso a cocina común muy limpia, con café y azúcar disponible para el primer café de la mañana, muy agradecido. Fácil acceso con Keybox code.

Cons: Como mejoras iría bien una lamparita de noche en las mesitas, o un interruptor cerca de la cama para poder apagar la luz. Tuvimos problema con los enchufes no eran todos iguales y no podíamos enchufar en todos los cargadores. Un adaptador sería útil. A veces se sentía mal olor del aire acondicionado Faltaría una tostadora en la cocina

Pros: Nowoczesny, dobrze wyposażony apartament, który jest codziennie sprzątany. Obok pokoju kuchnia ze wszystkim, co potrzebne. Lokalizacja jest w porządku, ok. 30 minut spacerem od ścisłego historycznego centrum.
