Pros: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Even though all our communication with the staff was via messages, it felt incredibly personal and caring. Every day, Marika & Elena at reception checked in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything, always with warmth and attention. Our room was cleaned meticulously every day by Linneth & Maria from housekeeping, and it was always spotless. We truly felt looked after, and nothing was ever missing — everything was just perfect ❤️. The staff made our stay effortless and enjoyable, and their dedication really stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would recommend this place wholeheartedly!

A great hotel, pleasant, comfortable and nicely designed, and most of all superbly clean and at the heart of Rome.

Pros: We had a very enjoyable stay in a pleasant, comfortable and very clean and modern boutique hotel at the very centre of Rome. Marika and the rest of the hotel team have been absolutely lovely, very helfpful and accommodating.

Cons: Everything has exceeded our expectations.

Cons: The way from the gate though the patio to the apartment and the room is a bit complicated, but with the instructions provided it was okay in the end. I thought that it was a small hotel and was not expecting to enter an apartment with different rooms. I think it would be better if that was explained in the description on Booking.com.

Pros: The apartment is absolutely lovely, with a perfect location and great connections to every part of Rome. The street is full of amazing local restaurants and bars. If you want to feel like a local and experience the best part of Rome, this is the place to be. Everything was very clean, and the host always responded very quickly. It feels safe and comfortable, like a hotel, but in a local building. Thank you!

Cons: The only small suggestion would be to add some basic cutlery, so guests can also eat comfortably in the apartment.

Great place to be used for your stay in Rome!

Pros: I had such an experience for the first time. Just a small apartment complex for 3 apartments in a residential building. It was like a hotel room with cleaning service every day (which was a pleasant bonus) contrary to most apartments. The bed linen was clean and pleasant, and it was changed even though we stayed only three nights. The staff were friendly and always available. The location is also convenient - we mostly walked to the city center, enjoying strolls through the streets of Rome. Thank you for the excellent service. I highly recommend this place as a great option for accommodation.

Cons: The water in the shower was always out. Probably it could be fixed somehow.

Pros: The room itself was very well finished, nice design, comfortable bed and pillows, and very clean. These are like separate apartment rooms not part of a hotel with those amenities, but we didn't need that, and there is still cleaning service etc. It is maybe 20 minutes walking from Rome city centre which was perfect for us.

A comfortable, friendly stay!

Pros: Property was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is in a slightly quieter but lovely area with a short walk to metro stations and the city centre. Hosts were excellent with communication. Couldn’t ask for more.

Great for a simple and professional place to stay

Pros: Clean and elegant room, fully equipped with everything I needed. The bathroom was also nice.

Cons: The shower temperature didn't go as hot as I would have liked.
