Pros: Clean and cozy apartment in a good place, right next to a metro station. Within 30mins of walk you can reach pretty much any tourist place in Rome except maybe Vatican.

Pros: Excellent location next to the termini. Hosts greeted us kindly at the door and assisted us with bringing up our luggage, as well and restaurant recommendations in the area. We forgot a personal item and the host kindly mailed this to our next accommodation. Grazie mille!!! Would book again.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub nicht in der Wohnung verbracht. Zum Schlafen, Duschen und Essen war es perfekt.

Pros: Die Lage und dass die Wohnung völlig neu renoviert ist.

Cons: Hinterhofflair, die Nachbarn haben keine Freude, dass die Wohnung vermietet wird. Wir sind aber gut mit ihnen ausgekommen.

Pros: Schłodzona woda w lodówce, wyposażenie kuchni, mydełka i płyny w łazience, wygodne łóżka. Bliskość do wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji w Rzymie oraz do dworca Termini. Wszystko na duży plus.

Cons: W samym obiekcie nie było nic co by nam się nie podobało. Jedynie okolica - pobliski park tonęły w śmieciach. Bardzo dużo imigrantów i osób bezdomnych.

За эти деньги можно найти квартиру в более удачном районе, если бронировать заранее.

Pros: Чистая квартира, с хорошим ремонтом. Плюс расположения - близость к Колизею и шаговая доступность к метро, буквально 2-3 минуты, но к остальным достопримечательностям идти далеко. По просьбе принесли отпариваешь.

Cons: Район не очень благоприятный, грязный, много бомжей. В квартире действительно нет ножа, только столовые, которыми ни сыр, ни мясо, ни хлеб порезать невозможно. Был сломан механизм двери в ванну с туалетом, но нас как семью это не сильно смутило. Не разрешили заселиться раньше, принципиально в 15:00, хотя просили только оставить багаж.
